Casa Magnolia es una casa de una sola planta, con un amplio jardin y estacionamiento para 1 auto. Todo en una sola planta, no tendras que subir o bajar escaleras. Facil acceso a La Crucecita, diferentes playas y comodas tiendas de conveniencia. Es una area bastante tranquila !!!!
Disfrutaras de una amanecer con el ruido de algunas aves, así como de un gran atardecer en el jardin para compartir un rico helado.

Si eres fan de los tacos muy cerca a la propiedad podras encontrar diferentes restaurantes de tacos y tralyudas.

Huatulco es ideal para caminar, a 5 minutos de la casa encontraras el Parque Rufion Tamayo.

Tambien podras llegar caminando a la Playa Chahue una de las diferentes playas que ha recibido algunos de los reconocimientos por ser una playa limpia.
