It features a full kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms, as well as a terrace with a magnificent view of the property. The second house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and can sleep up to 4 guests. It has a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake and its own deck to enjoy the sunset.

Great times in Lago Coatepeque
Great experience at the Monte Carlo by Lake Coatepeque. The property is beautiful and the accommodations were excellent. Also, the service was super nice. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved the pool! And the lake is just beautiful. Also, I must say that from the initial contact through VRBO, the owner of the property responded to all our inquires in a very timely manner all through our stay. An experience I plan repeat in my next trip to El Salvador.

Our stay at Monte Carlo was simply perfect.
Our stay at Monte Carlo was perfect. The lakefront property is gorgeous and provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. The infinity pool overlooking the lake is stunning, the pier is the perfect place to tan/hang out, and the landscape around the property creates an very relaxing environment. On top of the that, the houses on the property are spacious, clean and well stocked.
The service was also impecable; a very nice lady called Marta welcomed us into the property and helped us with anything we needed. We brought our own food and grilled every day but there is also a great steakhouse (2 mins away) if you don't feel like cooking.
The Lago de Coatepeque is a must-see when visiting El Salvador and there's no place better to do it than at Monte Carlo! I highly recommend it.

Espectacular!
Me encantó la estadía en Monte Carlo. Sus diferentes ambientes y jardines hacen que realmente se pueda relajar y disfrutar de la naturaleza del lago. Tiene todas la comodidades, una linda piscina, muelle a la orilla del lago y cuenta con excelente servicio. Totalmente recomendado. Mi familia y yo regresaremos muy pronto.

Simply Spectacular!
The property was amazing. The house was nice an tidy and Martha and Francisco were the best help you could ask for.
The best part was the gardens, very large and private. Views of the lake were beautiful. My family and I will definitely be coming back!

Excelente!!!
Los invitados de la boda estuvieron maravillados con montecarlo y las buenas atenciones de martha. Carlos contesto puntualmemte a nuestras preguntas y fue de mucha ayuda. Los jardines de esta casa son espectaculares y el deck en el lago mejor aun. Una muy buena experiencia.
