PET POLICY:

☞ To prevent any potential damages, we request that pets stay off furniture when possible. Please bring your pet's own bedding or crate for their comfort.
☞ Please pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay and before check-out.

Car is the best way to get around Savannah
1. Your safety matters to us. There is a camera on the front porch of the home. THERE ARE NO OTHER RECORDING DEVICES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
2. Quiet hours are between 10 pm to 8 am - please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors
3. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If your home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
4. Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
5. ABSOLUTELY no parties or events allowed at our home

These rules are to be respected at all times to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable yet trouble-free experience. Violation will be determined and could result in immediate termination of your reservation and additional related fees $.
*Locals MUST communicate with us before booking

*No smoking ( includes vape, dab, or hookah ) of any kind inside the home
*No Loud music (Quiet Hours) between 11:00 pm and 8 am
*No disturbance of neighbors
*No party or organized events
*No animal without approval
*No mail or packages to this address
*No extra guests without approval
*No parking on the grass/lawn; violation of this rule may result in $100 FINE for any damages incurred
*Only guests who are on the reservation may be on the property at any time.
IMPORTANT
- Please be a good neighbor and respect the City's Quiet Hours, which are between 10pm - 8am.
- All noise/disturbance that causes neighbors' disruption may incur a $3000 Fine and have their reservation escalated to Airbnb support for termination of the reservation with no refund, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.
- This may sound scary, however, if your intentions are not to throw a party/Event at this property, you should be right!
Any safety concerns, including if any equipment, safety netting, or locks are not working properly, must be reported immediately to the Management Company.
Extra Guests
- Any unaccounted-for extra guests (not included on your reservation) will be charged $50 per night per person.
- Any unaccounted-for guests that are not on the reservation will be considered a party, and that reservation may be canceled without a refund.
No Smoking policy.
- Any smell of smoke/Marijuana inside the property is subject to $1000 FINE following check-out, shared by our housekeeping team.

Pet Policy
- $100/pet pet fee and $200/pet Refundable Deposit
AC policy
-Please keep the door closed at all times. The air conditioning system will freeze up when doors are left open, and guests will be responsible for any repairs needed. AC repairs typically take some time, and alternative accommodation would also be at your expense.
Late check-out policy
-Late check out past 30 minutes without prior notice will be a one-nightly rate fine as it does affect our cleaning team's schedule, preparing for our next guests. This DOES NOT mean guests are allowed to extend their check due to this fine being enforced
Trash Policy
-If trash and recycles are not put in the proper bins, it may result in a fine of $100.
