We loved this home by the beach. The location is amazing! My grown kids stayed with my husband and I in the spacious, comfortable home for a family event. We especially loved all the books and art. Douglas was very helpful and prompt in communication. I highly recommend this stay!

We were holding a family reunion in the very pretty and fun town of Seal Beach. This property worked out fantastically based on needing to house 10 people between the ages of 3 and 70. The host was very responsive. It was a perfect location and had everything we needed.

Location, location, location! Beautiful spot, easy parking, fabulous shops/bars/restaurants...The beach 5 minute walk and on the south end which is the best location for those wanting to avoid the kids/traffic.Host was uber communicative and accommodating.Great experience for sure!

The beach house was as advertised. Three families with small children had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen and eating area were fantastic. Proximity to the beach was wonderful. A nice walk and close enough - 3 blocks. Walking distance to the main street where coffee chops and restaurants are great. Doug, the host, was always availble for communications and clarifications. We felt very much at home.

This property is beautiful. Very homey, comfortable, and spacious. Spent this passed weekend here for an event we had going at the Sea Salt Honky Tonk in Hunington Beach and it was located perfectly 1.3 miles away from the event. First night we walked to the Walt’s Wharf for dinner which was only 0.3 miles away from Seal Beaches Main Street. Rooms were all decorated so cute in an olde time flare. Very comfortable spaces to gather with family. The main living room had a beautiful bay window, the Master had a balcony that is perfect for leaving the door open at night for an evening breeze. I personally enjoyed my coffee on the front porch people watching. Doug, is a joy to deal with and was kind enough to allow us to check in early which was amazing giving us more time to enjoy the rental. I will definitely remember this weekend for years to come and will use this property if I need it.
