HORRIBLE

When we booked this it was listed as "entire home". This is the basement of a home. Young children running around and crying upstairs. The worst part was the smell of ANIMAL URINE upon entering! We spent only 45 minutes there (while we called VRBO to determine our options) and then left and ended up in a hotel for 4 nights at more than 2x the cost. I reached out to the owner with NO RESPONSE, I had hoped he would do the right thing! We were also assured that VRBO would provide us with financial compensation as they agreed the listing was INACCURATE. Unfortunately, VRBO has been horrible to work with and their "customer service" is a JOKE! Significant language barriers, promises to address our issues and no follow through. NEVER, NEVER would recommend this rental! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!
