Our stay was great. Owner of property was helpful and pleasant. The home was Comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Would stay again. Give 5 star review!
We stayed here to visit the Mall and it was exactly as described. The walk to the Metro is a little longer then we'd hoped (took about an hour to get down on the Mall from our house), but the neighborhood is lovely and the grocery store on the way to and from the Metro was super handy. We'd stay again!

Perfect family stay for five nights
Absolutely perfect. Great location, easy communication, great location, fantastic value.
Clean, well-stocked home within an easy 15min walk to SS redline metro. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms roomy. Easy check-in and out. Owner super responsive. Highly recommend!
We had a great stay! A great location. It was quiet and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. My only issue was low water presser in the shower. For me, with long, thick hair, it was an issue, but would not prevent me from staying there again.
Our family of four adults stayed here for our first visit to DC and it was everything we wanted. The house was just as described. Quiet, private, and close to nearby amenities. We didn't use the metro so can't speak to that but overall a great stay!
The house was modern vintage. The colors were extremely pleasing and the finishes were well done. We had almost everything we needed. The grill was especially useful. The appliances worked great. The beds and linens were wonderful. The front porch was a great place to have tea and coffee in the morning before going into the city. We enjoyed our family time there very much .
Appears just like the pictures; SO clean! Check-in and check- out were very easy. Every need and amenity seems thought for from snacks to household items. Beds and space were ample and comfortable. Samad was such a great host! Responded quickly to all messages and went above and beyond with responses. Genuinely could not have asked for a better stay. About $40 and 40min to most attractions in downtown DC. Off street parking was amazing. This was my first air b&b and this set the mark high! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon!
We enjoyed our stay and all the little extras - wireless chargers, lights on dimmers, provided laundry soap, porch, backyard. The walk to the Metro took us longer than ten minutes. The host was very helpful with recommendations about area restaurants.
This 3 bedroom 1 bath house was perfect for my family's weekend DC museum getaway. Parking pass was included on this quiet neighborhood street. Metro was within walking distance as well as several restaurants. The house was extremely clean. Bedding was comfortable. Washer and dryer was definitely a plus! I definitely recommend staying here!
Small and simple. Great towels, bedding, and mattresses to ensure a great sleep. Washing machine worked well and was a life saver with all the humidity in the summer. Bathroom clean, good shower, but small for family of 5. We made it work, and the close proximity to the metro and easy parking made it a great stay.
My family and I needed a place in the area to stay so we could attend my Nephew’s graduation. It was a a wonderful experience. The home is clean close to many amenities and located in a great neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The host was incredibly thoughtful and communication with him was flawless. I expect that if we need to visit again for future big events we will stay here again! I highly recommend this Place.
Checking in was easy, the house was beautiful, and roomy for us. It had everything from bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, coffee, sugar and laundry soap to do our laundry. It was close to a bus stop to take us to the metro and pleanty of places to eat close by. Thanks Samad for everything
This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was close enough to all the things (downtown area, metro, grocery stores, plenty of food options) but also far enough away from it all that it was still a quiet and peaceful location.
I loved that the fence stood out and made it really easy to find the house. Parking was simple and right out front of the gate and parallel parking wasn’t necessary.
Everything was clean, and the house was stocked well for what we needed. We appreciated the little snacks that were available too.
We did have to reach out to the host a few times but that was more so because we wanted to make sure it was okay to park in a neighbors spot and he responded so quickly which we appreciated. We did have an issue with the door lock but I think that was a self issue not the house/hosts issue but he was still ready to help us quickly and efficiently.
Overall this was a great little stay and the host does a great job at making you feel welcomed. I’d absolutely stay here again!!!!
This home was 5 stars all around! I felt safe walking in neighborhood with my children. The home was extremely clean and comfortable.
Location was great for us. A 15 minute walk to the metro(redline) or more if your a little slow like us! I did see that a closer metro stop was in construction a purple line. The red line took 15-20 minutes on metro depending on what station you wanted to get to in D.C.
I only stayed 3 nights but this home has several comforts for a longer stay. This property has a spacious yard with grill along with the convenience of a washer and dryer.
The host was extremely helpful with transportation questions and responded quickly.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
My husband, our 15 month old twin girls, and I all loved our stay at Samad's home. It was clean, very well outfitted, and located perfectly for short walks to Whole Foods, a few lovely little playgrounds, and downtown Silver Spring. Parking was super easy (and free!). The two times we needed to contact Samad, we recevied very quick and helpful responses which was much appreciated. The front porch was a wonderful location to unwind each evening, and the neighborhood was really quiet. Since it is listed as having a full bathroom, we were surprised when we discovered it was just a shower and not a bathtub (we had hoped for a tub for our toddler twins), but the bathroom worked out just fine. All beds, linens, and kitchen supplies were comfortable and ample. We stayed for a week while visiting family and friends, and we hope to stay again when we return to the area!
Overall we loved this rental. It’s perfect location makes it a quick metro ride to DC. There is free parking near the metro on the weekends. The home was extremely clean and I loved the set up. Beds were insanely comfortable. The host is probably the best I’ve ever dealt with. Super quick and clear responses. I only have two complaints/suggestions- the front porch light is to stay on at all times which is understandable for security however it shines directly into the living room and front bedroom. Blackout curtains would help with this. Also we stayed over an extended weekend. Saturday night at around 1/1:30AM, all of us were woken up by the downstairs renters. They were extremely loud. This is not the hosts fault so I didn’t take any stars off however we were annoyed after a very tired day walking the city. The person sleeping in the back bedroom heard the noise the worst and tried to sleep on the couch but couldn’t due to the light from the porch. Hopefully that was an isolated incident because otherwise, the rental was truly an amazing stay and the host made it exceptional.
