Modest house very well equiped very clean, good neighborhood with lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby. Had a great stay comfortable for 6 people.
We had a great stay in silver spring. The house was clean with enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The communication with the owner was very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this house!
Samad makes communication very easy. Instructions amd local information are printed and he in my opinion went above and beyond by accomodating our requests. The house is nice and a county bus stop is across the street. (During my trip the fare was free) and this bus takes you directly to the train. I'd stay again.
A great property, at a brilliant location. It was clean, spacious and with loads of amenities. The host was great to deal with and was really good at responding to any queries. An ideal location for us - the bus stop is right outside and it’s a quick trip to the nearest Metro stop to take you right into DC (we have 3 small children so the bus was easy, otherwise it’s a 20 minute walk to the station).Overall, would definitely recommend!
Samad was a wonderful host. He was very friendly and responsive. The home is in a nice quiet beighborhood and very close to DC. Very clean and with great amenities for me and my family. Highly recommend.
Our stay was great. Owner of property was helpful and pleasant. The home was Comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Would stay again. Give 5 star review!
We stayed here to visit the Mall and it was exactly as described. The walk to the Metro is a little longer then we'd hoped (took about an hour to get down on the Mall from our house), but the neighborhood is lovely and the grocery store on the way to and from the Metro was super handy. We'd stay again!
We had a great week staying at this property. It was centrally located for our needs—activities in DC, Baltimore, and Silver Spring area. The neighborhood had a really nice walking/jogging path. The house itself was charming, clean, and had everything we needed (coffee bar, cooking utensils, etc…).
Clean, well-stocked home within an easy 15min walk to SS redline metro. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms roomy. Easy check-in and out. Owner super responsive. Highly recommend!
Our family of four adults stayed here for our first visit to DC and it was everything we wanted. The house was just as described. Quiet, private, and close to nearby amenities. We didn't use the metro so can't speak to that but overall a great stay!
Nice, safe, functional home in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Clean, well-stocked, with plenty of room for our family. Host quickly responded to questions and kept us updated when the cleaner was late in having the property ready. One of the neighbors parked their vehicle in front of the house in such a way that their vehicle took up both parking spots; necessitating us looking further down the block for parking. Noisy HVac, but it was mentioned in the paperwork and no surprise in an older home. Would definitely stay there again.
Absolutely lovely. Very clean. Unlike some rental places, there were not a lot of demands about cleaning before we left. Quiet. Well appointed with all needed amenities, including a generous supply of coffee, tea, and snack bars. The only issue we had was a miscommunication about parking spaces, since we expected to have 3 cars. But that turned to not be a problem. We will be back next year!
