It includes 3 Bedrooms, 5 beds (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds, and 1 queen-sized and 1 full sized sofa bed in the living room), and 2 full bathrooms that come with amenities such as towels, wash clothes, shampoo, condition, a hairdryer, and more. This house suited our family perfectly. Roomy house we all had plenty of space for the six of us. I loved the location, quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to bus stop got us right to metro to get into city. Did not hear the train at night or the neighbors. Never had an adjustable bed before and putting my feet up after a day of walking 11 miles in DC was great. Thanks for the water, milk and juice. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Property was as described. It was in a quiet neighborhood (even being close to the train, the property was quiet). Host was responsive in answering questions. I would have liked to have known it was a triplex with people in front and back- or I may have missed it in the description. However, it was not an issue. Overall, we were safe, rested well. It was a nice surprise to find that the king bed was an adjustable bed like our at home.

Great base for touring DC

Introducing our granddaughter to the Smithsonian museums, this was close enough for easy access and far enough away to relax. Definitely a venue we'd love to book again for the next grandchild.
