It includes 3 Bedrooms, 5 beds (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds, and 1 queen-sized and 1 full sized sofa bed in the living room), and 2 full bathrooms that come with amenities such as towels, wash clothes, shampoo, condition, a hairdryer, and more. Property was as described. It was in a quiet neighborhood (even being close to the train, the property was quiet). Host was responsive in answering questions. I would have liked to have known it was a triplex with people in front and back- or I may have missed it in the description. However, it was not an issue. Overall, we were safe, rested well. It was a nice surprise to find that the king bed was an adjustable bed like our at home.

We visited for a family celebration and the accommodations were well suited for our stay. The host was very accommodating. Although the location is a bit out of the way, it was ok since we ate most of our meals in house.
