It offers 1 bedroom w/2 beds, basement w/2 beds, 2 full bathrooms, recreation area w/75” TV & fireplace, full kitchen, laundry, free parking.
We live on the upper floor, completely separated from your rental space.
Guests have their own entrances & exit to the rear & front of the house.
There is the recreational Patio in the backyard exclusively for the guests to enjoy what ever they feel to do.

We are naturalized citizens of The United States, originally from Ethiopia the country in Eastern Africa. We raised 3 kids, one is working for USA AIR FORCE, the 2nd one is in graduate school in the JohnHopkins university & the 3rd boy in the Carnegie Mellon university.

We have chosen this neighborhood because it is located in the safest part of DC, very close to groceries, restaurants & Transit.

~ It's conveniently located at walkable distance to groceries & many shopping centers, restaurants, movie theatres…
~ FREE Parking on the owner driveway & on the neighborhood streets
This neighborhood is the affluent community in North-West Washington D.C., known for its interesting mix of well-maintained, large single family housing styles. Some of the houses border or face Rock Creek Park, which has many easily accessible, marked trails that are maintained in a natural state. The Nearby Beach Drive, which is the main road in Rock Creek Park, is closed to vehicular traffic on weekends and Federal holidays so that individuals and families can enjoy bicycling, skating, or whatever on the roadway. The Capital Bikeshare stations and a subway station are within 2-miles radius.

My house has four entrances, two at the front & two on the rear.
Facing the house the entrance on the right side of the house is for the guests. Guests can also enter the house from rear by walking on the walk on the right side of the house.
