Just seconds to I-495, I-270, Pike & Rose, it's only 25 minutes by car or by metro to downtown DC! Central air conditioning, gas heat off-street parking, washer & dryer are all included! Dogs are welcome (breed restrictions apply) with a one time $150 non refundable pet fee. There are sidewalks and parks within walking distance of this wonderful home.
