Light, bright & conveniently located! You'll be less than 5 min to food, shopping, parks & biking trails, 5-12 min to Huntsman/UofU/VA healthcare, 15 min to the airport, and 30+/- min to world famous ski resorts or other outdoor activities. Inside, you'll enjoy 2 cozy bedrooms, 2 large living areas, a fully-stocked kitchen & over-the-top coffee/tea bar. Outside patio with mountain views. Love gardening? The yard is planted in trees, ground cover & flowers; it's spectacular late spring to fall!
Two floors...
The upper floor contains the kitchen, upper living/dining area with electric fireplace, dedicated work space/reading space, bedroom with king bed, bathroom with shower, and storage area for cleaning/extra supplies.
Lower floor contains bathroom tub with shower, bedroom with king bed, living/dining/game/puzzle area with surround sound, and laundry area.
Plenty of parking. One covered space with covered stairs to entrance. Enough for four regular vehicles or one very long vehicle and a couple of regular vehicles. Driveway is approximately 38' long x 22' wide.
Guest access...
It is most convenient to use the north door, which is closest to the driveway.
The door has an electronic lock for easy access once you're checked in.

Excellent Home away from Home

Perfect location to all ski resorts. Kitchen fully stocked with spices, coffee/tea, napkins, tin foil, etc so you didn’t have to buy it. All kitchen essentials for cooking. Great communication with the owners.

Super Salt Lake City VRBO!

While there were going to be three in my party, my elderly folks ended up not making the trip, so it was just me visit my newly transplanted daughter. What an awesome home-away-from home. So clean and bright and airy. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking & serving utensils, and the location (Sugar house ) is easy access to downtown and the airport. It couldn't have been a better place!

Adorable House with Mountain View

My friend and I loved this house! It was the perfect location for our 4-day trip to experience Salt Lake City and its surroundings for the first time. It looked exactly like the pictures and we really appreciated the little extra touches like the coffee, tea, snacks, and toiletries. The kitchen had just about anything you could possibly need. The neighborhood was quiet, making it perfect to sit outside with a glass of wine and admire the mountain view! We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.
