The residence was very welcoming, cozy and close to where we would be cisiting during our stay. Host was accessible for any questions/concerns we had and pleasant to work with.
Overall we had a wonderful stay. We chose this home because of the close proximity to Temple Square and the price was great. We really loved how comfortable the beds were and There was a little error when checking in we were given the wrong code initially. The owner was quick to respond and get the correct code to us in a timely manner. We had a couple more questions during our stay and we had fast communication each time.We highly recommend this place to others.
Property was as advertised. Owner communication was good when needed. Location provided easy access around town.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Desperately needs a paint job and cleaning company. Floor was filthy had to wear socks entire stay. Outside is very old it was ok, not at all nice. Had a weird experience overall with my reservation. Check*in supper simple. The host, accommodating and professional. 5 star for host.
This property was perfect for my family to join together in Salt Lake for the holiday. It has a good location for getting anywhere in the valley on on the slopes, and was perfect for four adults. There are a couple of things that needed maintenance that I’m sure the owner will take care of right away, otherwise I would’ve rated it a five
The home was clean and had enough room to satisfy our needs. The location was okay if you had transportation, not so great for walking. Would stay again. Host was a gem!!
Owner was incredibly responsive with quick replies. Exactly as shown in images, clean, neat and comfortable. Comfortable rooms/beds. Would definitely recommend.
The apartment was clean and easy to access with the keypad. Patricio was responsive to messages and willing to help if we needed anything. I would recommend staying here if you need to commute to the Salt Palace Convention Center or Downtown Salt Lake City (roughly 5-10 minute Lyft drive).
Very nice 2bd apartment/condo in a nice quiet neighborhood in the Capitol Hill area of Salt Lake City. Spacious rooms and nice amenities. Excellent communication from the host. Quick access to Downtown area.
We had a great stay! The owner was very good at communicating everything. The remotes all had low batteries it the only thing i might suggest replacing! :)
Overall I can only rate my stay at 3 out of 5 stars.Pros:- Near downtown Salt Lake City- Easy I-15 Access- Easy parking- Dog park nearby- Nice appliances- Well decorated- Clean and tidy- Heat & A/C with NEST thermostat - very effective.- Sufficient kitchen utensils for dining in- Ample Hot Water- Basic 'TCL' Roku TV in every room.Cons:- High traffic intersection- Upstairs resident very loud- Ceiling has no sound proofing.- Toilet wobbles when sat on.- Bathtub faucet loose- Baseboards, front door, and bathroom walls require repair and painting- Kitchen sink clogged at check-in and wouldn't drain (this siphoned into the dishwasher making it unusable also)- Host uses Automated & AI messaging. Unresponsive to reports of problems (see above).- No access to additional paper towels, bath towels, trash bags, etc.- Access code for front door at check-in did not work.First night of 4 we found that previous tenant jammed the garbage disposal with a baby bottle nipple. After removing nipple still would not work or drain. Dishwasher filled with water and could not drain either. We intended to dine in and bought groceries after check-in. This is WHY we got a VRBO instead of a hotel. Host failed to respond the entirety of our stay to messages alerting them of the sink issue. We ate out a lot which cost more money and is unhealthy. Noisy resident upstairs STOMPS while walking and drags things around on the floor until midnight each night.
Quaint, clean place for weary 2 travelers. Parking space around back was clutch. Washer dryer easy to use. Eat-in kitchen and both bedrooms worked perfect for our needs. Liked the touch of a compact k-cup coffee machine, full water pitcher in the frig, ice cubes in the freezer, bottle of cooking oil & Old Bay seasoning in the stove cabinet. Generally quick communication with our host, and clear instructions.Great location on tree-lined street in North Downtown neighborhood. A few blocks from 15 freeway on/off ramps, and within easy 10 min drive to UofU, the Capital, Delta Arena, Convention Center and local retail/eateries/bars. Fun Tip: Visit the neighborhood’s 801 Coffee Roasters! Our fav coffee cafe within 2 and a half blocks. Located in the Harvest Apt building across from the City Library.Local owner, Alex, and his baristas, master the art of coffee with a relaxed, welcoming vibe in an airy space. Check out the pool table, and indoor plants labeled with cheeky names Most food items locally sourced by a New Zealand family bakery, such as the traditional meat pies. Oh so warm & flaky!
Property was Ok outside of having to open up all the windows to air it out because of the chemical smell from whatever they used to clean. The people upstairs running a marathon were annoying as well. The internet was nice as was the kitchen. Nice location which made it easy to get places.
