This is a very comfortable small apartment. The 2 bedrooms have nice beds and nice linens. The kitchen has a good Keurig coffee maker, fridge, oven, and eating area. Very comfortable.
This location was in a great location close to everything it was very comfortable and decorated very nice. Great food locations near by close to the University and Down Town. We will be returning again next year for the North American NIA7’s Rugby Championships and hopefully will get to stay here!

So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Close to the U of U which was perfect for us as we were there to prepare our student for fall entry. With our own kitchen and separate bedrooms and living area it was almost like being at home.
I stayed at this property for family orientation at University of Utah, and it couldn’t have been any more convenient. The place was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Transportation was right outside the door. I would definitely stay here again.
Solid Stay Overall, Super Chill Host, But Heads Up on Parking & Stairs
"Alright, so we just wrapped up a three-night stay here. Gotta say, the host, Melanie, was awesome. We had a bit of a chaotic trip with a ton of back-to-back hospital appointments, and this place was a total hop, skip, and a jump to the hospital, which was a huge plus. Melanie was super understanding when we asked for a slightly later checkout – seriously appreciated her going the extra mile for us.The place itself was definitely clean, which is always a big win. Plus, being in a good neighborhood made us feel comfortable, and having the laundry setup right there was a lifesaver – made things way easier. Now, a couple of things to keep in mind if you're booking: parking was kind of a pain. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of. Also, the stairs to get in are a little wonky. If you've got any mobility issues or are traveling with someone who does, it could be a bit of a hassle.Bottom line: we had a good experience. Melanie was a great host, the location was super convenient for the hospital, the neighborhood felt safe, and the place was clean. Just wanted to give a heads-up about the parking and the stairs for anyone else considering a stay."
My teenage kids stayed here while attending UofU orientation. They were pleased with the location, homeowner, and general space. They even used the kitchen and said it had all they needed for making breakfast.
We were in-town for University of Utah orientation. Location to the U is pretty close, a bit of a walk but not bad. We were pleased with all of the personal touches to make us feel comfortable (kitchen pans and utensils, shampoo in the shower, coffee pods, etc.) The bed was super comfortable. The host was very friendly and attentive.
Very pleasent stay. Clean, well supplied kitchen and comfortable bedding. Beautiful view. Easy access. Had an issue with the door lock malfuction but it was quickly taken care of.
This was our 2nd time staying in this rental. It is very comfortable, and has all of the necessities to make your stay enjoyable. Easy walk to the UT stadium, and TRAX redline stop. (it is a little loud, since the train runs right by the king bedroom, but we bring a fan and sleep fine). The cleaning crew slacked in refilling bath soap and emptying the dishwasher, but in the scheme of things, these are minor issues. We would definitely stay there again.
Price point was great! . Easy access to the highway. Kitchen was fully stocked as was ability to do laundry and cleaning as needed. Two downfalls. The trolley going by can be a bit loud so it would be great if there were a box fan to help drown out the noise. The king mattress was just not good. It's essentially a block of memory foam so if you need any type of support for your back, it's uncomfortable. squeaky floorboards are easy to ignore
Good Place to Stay (if you don't mind squeaky floors)
The location was convenient for us, and it was clean. Though this is an apartment, we did not hear the neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and spices. The beds are firm memory foam, which is very supportive for my back but not appreciated by my husband haha. This is an older unit in an older apartment complex. We found the squeaky floors to be very annoying and disruptive to our sleep. The host was very good at communicating. If not for the floors, we would totally stay here again. If you can overlook that, it's a good option.
