Fun, unique place in a historic hotel. Perfect for our needs - 4 blocks from Temple Square, a nice beautiful walk through downtown. Parking situation is a little awkward, but everything else was great.

Such a cute space, very comfortable! Parking is a bit of a hassle but that’s common for the city.

We loved our stay, the building is beautiful, the room is beautiful!!!! Close to everything. It does get loud even on a Sunday night, but they do provide ear plugs!!

Very nice apartment. As mentioned in other reviews it's a pretty noisy part of town, even on a Thursday night when we stayed. Check in process is a little convoluted with the parking garage but maybe it's a normal thing when you book in the city.

We appreciate how attentive the host was with us. We appreciated the fact that there was a brita with cold water in the fridge ready to sip. It is noisy but it really didnt bother us. We missed the weekends noise. Morning were amazing with the sunrise. Food and drink places all around in this centric humble home. Thank you again.

Nice location downtown

This is a great location downtown with a ten minute drive to the airport, or 20 by rail. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.

Great location

Very clean and spacious. Great location. Communication with host was on point! Only downside was it’s a bit noisy with the trax right outside…literally.

The apartment was the best! Parking was very easy and convenient, as was the apartment. We felt free & safe walking the area...much to see and do. Yes the street car is below but was not noisy throughout the night and was not disruptive to our sleep. The host was very prompt in responding to each of our questions. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

Condo was clean and well appointed, but the noise from the trains below was extremely loud and annoying. Constant noise from 6am until 11pm. I would not rebook due to this.

Nice corner of Downtown Salt Lake

This was a really nice corner unit on the 5th floor. Within walking of everything DT. The host was nice and easy to text for questions. I would recommend this place for your next stay in SL. It's very clean and brite.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. I love the decor and they had everything that might possibly be needed! The location is great, walking distance to everything. Five stars. The noise is legit. I am not faulting the team, because this is very clear in the listing! I’m a very deep sleeper and this was still impactful on the trip as I just never felt quite rested. Please don’t be deterred as this is a great property. Just keeping it real.

Convenient for my needs

The unit was right by the courthouse traxx stop, several bars / restaurants and had everything I needed for my short stay. The only thing I might recommend is earplugs, since you will hear the Traxx Trolly.

Although the property was clean with all that we needed it was most definently noisy. Sleep was close to none on most nights, even weekdays. Between being on the same street as the light rail, it was also upstairs from several bars with what appeared to be single pain windows and walls that you could hear those 5 stories down, load and clear. I wish the reviews dedicated just how loud the outside noise was within this apartment as I would not have booked knowing. Also, it is not an 8 minute walk from the Salt Convention center as stated and more like a 15 minute walk.

The space was cute, clean and chic. It was convenient to the TRAX stop. It was way louder than anticipated. Though the description included that there would be noise from the street it was as if the trax was coming through the building. The week days were quieter but the weekend was very noisy. Overall a good stay but as a woman traveling alone and with the parking garage across the street I felt a little vulnerable a times.

Could be better

A severe HVAC issue put a real blackeye on my stay. The building had no air condition and they tried to make it with a couple of swamp coolers and window air conditioners, but it wasn’t enough to cool the unit so it was pretty uncomfortable.

I did not enjoy my stay in Salt Lake City. The apartment was noisy! People on the street partying past midnight every night. The train outside the unit made terrible noises. The air conditioner in the bedroom was also terribly noisy. Way too far to walk to the Radisson in pitch black at 6:30am. It was not a pleasant experience! I would never recommend it.
