It was a very hot weekend but the AC kept the place downright chilly! Was a nice place to stay. We did cook in one night. Would have been nice to have some olive oil For cooking but loved all of the spices! The bathtub also didn’t drain quickly but really not a huge deal at all. We loved how close we were to our student. Melanie was great to communicate with! I would definitely stay here again!
This place was darling and clean. The host was very communicative. The location ended up being pretty good, though when entering the parking lot for the property, one might misjudge a little and feel like it isn't the best spot. Once in the apartment all is well. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
There were no directions on how to get into the apartment complex. We were lucky someone was exiting and had the same renter and told us she had to contact her and wait an hour for instructions. I didn’t feel like the bedsheets had been cleaned. Other than that and the noisy plug in air conditioning units it was fine.
Please turn on heat 3 hours before guest arrival. It was so cold in all the room when we arrived and it took hours to heat. However the Host was great as we’re amenities!

The apartment is so charmingly decorated and has everything I needed for a quick visit. Will try to stay here again anytime I visit my son who’s a student at UoU.
The location was really the only benefit to this apartment. The cleanliness is why this place is only getting 2 stars. When we got there, we found multiple stains on the bed sheets (one being a blood stain) and there was hair everywhere. In the shower, in the sheets, etc. it did not feel clean at all which really bothered us.
This is a very comfortable small apartment. The 2 bedrooms have nice beds and nice linens. The kitchen has a good Keurig coffee maker, fridge, oven, and eating area. Very comfortable.
Pros: I liked the location; it's perfect for a family of 2-4. It's in good proximity to the U of U campus, Sugar House, and Downtown. Everything 8-10 min away by car. The bedrooms are a decent size, and the couch was comfy to sleep on. The kitchen was stocked enough with pans and seasonings to make breakfast each day. There is plenty of parking.Cons: Delays in communication led to a lot of frustration. Asked for extra sheets the day we got in, received a reply the next day. Shared our concerns about the temporary, portable A/C units not being sealed well enough, allowing wildfire smoke from outside in. The reply I received instead was... I hope everything is great with your stay. Then I asked to revisit my concern about the smoke; 8 hrs later, I received a message telling me to just remove the portable units myself. At that point, I told the host that since I hadn't heard back, I'd booked another place to stay for the night. I also don't think it's the renter's job to remove portable window units. No credit was offered for the inconvenience. I asked for a later checkout the day before and received an OK to check out later, hours after we already left. There is also a musty smell in the hallway when entering the complex and in the condo itself where the washing machine is. The fridge was leaking water onto all our food.We will be coming to Utah frequently and have canceled future bookings with this host.
This location was in a great location close to everything it was very comfortable and decorated very nice. Great food locations near by close to the University and Down Town. We will be returning again next year for the North American NIA7’s Rugby Championships and hopefully will get to stay here!
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy home base. It’s located close to the university and downtown. I walked to both. The neighborhood between the apartment and campus is a nice walk. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The host was communicative when I had questions. Overall, we had a great stay!
The view out of the living room was awesome (down town) very close to the u of u

So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Close to the U of U which was perfect for us as we were there to prepare our student for fall entry. With our own kitchen and separate bedrooms and living area it was almost like being at home.
