well located property will track the seaside, near the great beaches of Sergipe / Bahia (Saco, Abais, Mangue Seco) and only 30 km away from Aracaju. It has complete infrastructure with pool, barbecue, wood oven, gourmet room, full kitchen, horse, soccer field and volleyball, walking in the dunes, beach kiosk (the waterfront) with bath, barbecue and a private bathroom. It is a paradise near the city, with virtually deserted beach. Also has TV (satellite), hot shower, laundry facilities and air conditioning in 5 qts and fan in 4 bdr.
You can enjoy the tranquility of a place of fruit, near Aracaju, with dunes, hiking native forest and other activities.
Value is described by house (the property has two houses 13 people per house).
Great place to ride a 4x4 in the dunes. We have hosted several events from the track clubs.
