The worst ever. Could not reach the host. I didnt even get to stay in the place! The code did not work. Tried to get help the hotel couldnt help get in. Had expedia contact the host and phone went straight to voice-mail...... i was stuck the entire night had to find another place 2 stay! In the process of getting my refund DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. I EVEN GAVE THEM MY NUMBER TO CALL ME AN DIDNT EVEN CALL.

Roaches & Bed Bugs

The process to check in was pretty seamless. I booked to arrive on April 30th but actually didn’t check in until the night of May 1st because of some issues. When first walking in the place seemed clean at the naked eye. The issues arose when I opened the underneath the sink and there were multiple roaches. I had to go to the CVS next store and buy roach spray. Every time I open the cabinet more roaches came out. Roaches were also in the bathroom and in the area in front of the bathroom. I had no where else to go at this time so I had to stay. The next day, I woke up with some bites but didn’t think anything of it. That night when I went to sleep I just happened to wake up at 5am and looked at the headboard and there was a bed big crawling. I quickly got up and contacted the host & VRBO. While I was emailed, I looked was looking on the ground and saw a bed bug on the ground. VRBO said they would reach out to the host and escalate. The host reached back out and said that the place had been fumigated before hand. I definitely do not believe this. I was offered a quick fumigation or a partial refund. I officially checked out the afternoon of May 3rd. It is now May 6th and I haven’t heard back from the host about my refund.
