Can accommodate 2 people (two twin beds that can turn into king size). Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Hollywood, close to public transportation and main roads. Nice , quite place , but the bed was horrible not a real bed , tossed and turned every night trying to get comfortable, room also a little hot from door not sealing properly

Pool house review

I would say the most accurate description for this rental is that you get when you pay for, and what you're paying for is about 30% overpriced. The pool was consistently not maintained to the point where it was not even usable the entire time I was there because there were and dirt consistently in the pool, along with bugs everywhere. In addition, the pool house was clearly outdated and in dire need of a fresh coat of paint and some modern amenities to make better use of the space. Lastly, the space is about 10 ft by 12 ft including the small water closet. I would say that you plan to travel with anyone to not rent the space since it is barely big enough for one person

Can’t NOT Recommend Enough

DO NOT STAY HERE. This property is very deceptive. The pictures are clearly taken in a particular way when in reality, it’s a SHACK in their backyard. The owner should not be renting this place out- it barely counts as a room. The check-in process was going through a poorly latched gate and getting the key from the lock, which anyone in the sketchy area could have gotten to. The pool and yard were not well kept and I would not have felt comfortable swimming in the pool. The property has one tiny window in the bathroom that can’t even be opened. Legally, a bedroom should have a window so this place is not a legal bedroom. And it shouldn’t be! The room is TINY- we could barely move around! My friend and I are two young women and felt so incredibly unsafe here that we switched to a hotel. When we tried to contact the owner to get money back, they were unresponsive and then RUDE to me. I wish VRBO would check these places to see if they are viable for rentals because this place is definitely not.

needs Update

Lots of weeds, yard unkempt and uneven pavers for walkway. Pool area was junky. Room was clean but small. Just need to maintain the space better.

Just what I needed for an excellent price

Eff the owner was quite pleasant and informative. It was what I expected and more. I wanted an area to sleep and shower. I knew the space would be limited. This property served it's purpose as expected. Thank you.
