Everything is very outdated, there is a bad smell of mold in the house, cockroaches are roaming around the kitchen, a big disappointment, the kitchen is not equipped with basic things and everything is dirty with burnt oil, it feels disgusting to eat in this house, most of the TVs do not work in the rooms, the air conditioners are very outdated, the showers are dirty, and the mattresses are so uncomfortable that they cause back pain.

The home is professionally cleaned and regularly inspected, and it was not left in a dirty condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. Additionally, the walls and ceilings were recently painted, which is documented. All televisions in the home are Smart TVs and provide access to YouTube, internet browsing, and other streaming services, as stated in the listing. Regarding the insect mentioned in the photo: this was not a household pest. In South Florida, outdoor palmetto bugs (often mistaken for roaches) may occasionally enter a home only if doors are left open, which is a normal and well-known occurrence in the region. The property is on a regular pest-control schedule. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously and always address any concerns immediately when they are reported. Unfortunately, no issues were communicated to us during the stay, which would have allowed us to resolve them right away.

Convenient location and splendid property

We were a family of 6 staying at Ivan’s property and it was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and the house was spacious and very well kept. Lots a great memories at this place were created and we already can’t wait to comeback.

Ivan was a great host - perfect location. Quiet, clean and comfortable 4 bedrooms and the backyard/pool area was beautiful. Very private with fencing around the entire house which made us feel very safe. Loved this spot and would highly reccomend it!!!

Wonderful stay

Pleasantly surprised once we entered the home, arrived at night and were unsure about the neighborhood. The house was as pictured, simple, plenty of room. The yard was wonderful, the pool amazing and we loved the lights on the framing around the table. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet. The owner/manager was very quick to respond to any questions and the pool was cleaned at least a couple of times while we were there. The location is close to lots of stores, restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Golf getaway.

Property was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Everything is great. Close to the highway and places to shop for food/ groceries. The pool and backyard are definitely the highlights of this home. Only thing missing in some rooms were a dresser to put clothes in instead of living out of your suitcase. Other than that, excellent home and excellent property managers.

Horrible Mildew smell

Everything was ok except the smell we encountered when entering the property. It reeked of a damp mold/mildew smell. We all was affected in some way by it. The tv in the master bedroom had no service. We loved the pool area.

For the price charged, the property is a good value. Good location, about 10 minutes from beach and right off the 95. House and pool was clean. We did have an issue with the hot water, wasn’t always readily available, sometimes had to wait an hour to run hot water for kids baths. Also if you are staying with a few kids/family etc you will need to buy a few extra garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel etc. Not much in the way of extra blankets or pillows either. Still a good value for the price,
