Back to back cancellations due to unavailable listings

Back to back cancellations because no one knew that the listings were no longer available both times. Customer service was very helpful but booking and paying for a place and having to cancel them both the day that I’m due to checkin because no one knew they were no longer available was extremely frustrating and inconvenient
