The space worked very well for two couples. If the twin beds were of equal height, it would have made the second bedroom a bit more comfortable

Chowderfest weekend

The unit had nothing provided by the owners. Kitchen had Basic items, no paper towels,TP, sharp knives, paper plates, coffee, cleaning items. Not evens garbage bags for trash. Pillows were cheap, blankets old and dirty. AC units worked but filters were full of dirt and mold. Outdoor grill was filthy and old. Outdoor table Was old and rusty. Close To beach but would not recommend, Bed was damaged and they asked us to Sleep on mattresses on floor.

Great for the price

We enjoyed staying here. Good value. Great location! Short walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable, even trundle bed (not pictured in the listing) in second bedroom. My adult daughters slept very well there. We pulled out the trundle and repositioned it for convenience. Things I wish I'd brought but didn't include hand soap x2, dish towels, cutting board, sharp knives, food leftover containers, spices, aluminum foil, facial tissues x3, scissors, and a bath mat. Also don't forget to bring toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, DW detergent, hair dryer, along with sheets and towels. Hosts were great and very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

Clean and Great Location

We enjoyed our week stay at this clean unit which is so close to the beach! This was our third year and communication with owner was also very good which made this a very nice vacation!

AFTER VACATIONING IN LBI FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS WE ALWAYS HAD A DREAM OF OWNING OUR OWN PLACE ON THE ISLAND. AFTER SAVING FOR MANY YEARS WE FINALLY MADE OUR DREAM COME TRUE IN EARLY 2009 WITH THE PURCHASE OF OUR PLACE WHICH MY WIFE NAMED 'MEANT TO BE'. THE REASON WE MADE THE PURCHASE WAS TO HAVE A PLACE FOR OUR FAMILY TO SPEND QUALITY TIME TOGETHER. THE REASON WE PURCHASED 'MEANT TO BE' WAS SIMPLY THAT IT IS 25 FEET TO THE OCEAN IN THE SOUGHT AFTER LEHYC SECTION AND WE JUST LOVE THE BEACH AND ALL THAT LBI HAS TO OFFER US. WE FEEL VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE A PLACE JUST 25 FEET AWAY FROM A LIFEGUARD BEACH ON A DEAD END STREET.
