Shoreline Towers 2075 - Spacious 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Beachfront Vacation Rental

This is a two bedroom unit. The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two queen beds. There is 3TV's and 1DVD. Entire unit is tiled. Unit has NO Sleeper Sofa .The master bathroom has a walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are NO safety bars. The unit has an open kitchen so you can still enjoy your family and friends while your preparing meals. It has an Open Balcony with Amazing shoreline views. Enjoy your early morning coffee or late night dinner on the balcony while enjoying the view. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Remodeled Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

**In the Fall of 2021 Shoreline Towers began a renovation project and all windows and sliding glass doors have been replaced. Balconies will be repainted, and new floor surfacing will be installed and balconies will reopen late June. Please call the Office atif you have any questions.

We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We sent Jan. and Feb. 2024 at this Unit . As construction was still ongoing there were many mornings with constant , loud grinding noises . As far as the Unit itself goes . Very comfortable and clean . Good views of the Gulf . We had issues with the T.V’s but this was corrected in a few days . A good vacation Unit . Would return for sure . Hopefully construction will be completed . And the outside landscaping etc. completed as well .

Beautiful View

I have stayed in Shoreline Towers 5 Times, such a beautiful view from 7th floor best view ever ! The Condo was roomy,clean and updated yay 😀 the only downside is the property was dirty and filthy 🤬 from construction being done, a real eyesore but other than that We really Enjoyed Ourselves ❤️
