5 min. walk where you can find shops, restaurants, beach front hotels, and nightlife. Ocean activities are readily available like, swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours and much much more. Easy access to Mazatlán's cabs (pulmonias) and buses.

Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.

You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.

Great condo & location

The condo is well laid out, each bedroom has privacy and space, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Great decks and views of pool and golf course. Well kept heated pool with lounge chairs and tables & a nice poolside cabana. The location is close to everything, walking distance to golf, beach, restaurants, etc. Safe area within the El Cid gates. Loved our stay here!

Nice, very quiet, air conditioning. Beach it’s15 min walk.

Nohemi and Maria Elena very attentive, property was clean, full kitchen, lots of towels. Few little Details due that it was very hot I would suggest to add a couple of bottles of water as a compliment, due that there’s no restaurant in the property.

Everything we needed was there, the fluffy white towels and nice clean linens make such a huge difference. We had a couple issues with the garburator leaking but we called the office and they sent someone out within a couple hours. We would definitely like to stay there again. Scot & Denise
