This cottage is small but mighty in style, located near AVALON BEACH, famous for beach lovers, fishermen, and surfers alike. This home is included in the AVALON BEACH IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION {ABIA, INC} which means our guests have access to our private parking lot located just South of AVALON PIER and the Sound, which is located on the Sound at the end of Avalon Dr. Put the kids to bed and join the locals for live music and dancing at Avalon Pier.

This masterfully designed home has a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of books, a DVD library, board games galore, and is a wonderful choice for your Outer Banks vacation. Centrally located at MP 5 you can also enjoy the live music on the Pier, RC-10 Movie Theater, Food Lion, Awful Arthurs & Jolly Roger restaurants & a short drive to the Wright Brothers Memorial, golf & sweet sips of Front porch coffee. Plus, the new Target is steps from your door should you need anything! Beach access with a crosswalk at 5th Street.
