This property is filled with places to gather, relax, and take in the natural landscape, with two indoor living rooms, 3 separate decks, 7-person hot tub, 5 stone fireplaces, water feature with waterfall, and a gazebo with firepit. A level 2 EV Charger is in the garage as well. Home currently has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, but is being renovated to be 4 beds, 4 baths, AND a bunk bed room. This additional living space will be available in summer 2026! A full home standby generator ensures the power always stays on.
The home’s upper level is a spacious primary suite with a king sized bed, ensuite bath, a wall of closets, a large-screen smart TV and a coffee bar for long, relaxing mornings. Step through the bedroom’s French doors onto the private screened porch, complete with couches and a fireplace - perfect for sipping your morning coffee or cozying up by the fire in the evenings. You may even glimpse the deer that frequent the front yard!
There is a climate-controlled walk-in closet adjacent to the primary suite that guests have reported is used by their children as a “secret hideout” for playing or even sleeping. Children’s mattresses are provided in this walk-in closet.
Also adjacent to the primary bedroom is an office space. A monitor, mouse, and keyboard, combined with high-speed satellite internet, adds convenience. This is the fastest and most reliable internet for the area.
The main level showcases beautiful views and abundant natural light through the soaring double-height wall of windows, opening onto the large outdoor deck with stone fireplace, plenty of seating, and dining table for 6.
The main level’s open floor plan includes: - living room with massive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace - soaring beamed tongue and groove ceilings - large-screen smart TV - double size sofa sleeper - gourmet kitchen - 2 well-appointed bedrooms - mudroom - full bath with jetted bathtub/shower - Alexa Bluetooth and wifi speaker in the kitchen for your convenience
Dine inside or out with each table seating 6. The kitchen comes well stocked with granite countertops, full gas range, and a wine bar and wine cooler that opens to the living room. Also provided is a dual pod and drip Keurig coffee maker, starter pods and creamers, and a variety of seasonings.
A finished terrace level serves as a second living room/game room, complete with a gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, game table and smart TV. Games, puzzles and books are supplied.
For outdoor fun, enjoy the ping pong table, youth-sized pool table, giant Connect Four, and beanbag toss game provided in the garage.
The ground level also includes: - an attached garage - plenty of paved parking - a covered deck with fireplace and porch swing - a pergola with a fire pit, perfect for taking in the views and enjoying the sounds of the seasonal creek just downhill
Exterior audio/visual cameras are on the property for your security. These cameras cannot see the hot tub.
Other items supplied to make your vacation carefree are camping chairs and beach towels. As an added amenity, there is a scavenger hunt consisting of 5 life-sized stenciled “animals” hidden on the property that we encourage guests to try to find.

Great location and close to downtown. All of the amenities were amazing and the hosts were outstanding & prompt to respond with any question! Couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas in the mountains
The Host stayed in contact to ensure we had an enjoyable time. The Hot Tub was great! Plenty of room, very clean and we enjoyed the extras like the Fire Place, and the large TV in the family room.
We loved our stay and the property is exactly as described. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicated regularly. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful property. The home is stocked with everything you need. The beds and linens were super comfortable. There were multiple fireplaces and an amazing hot tub. We are hoping to go back for a longer stay. The hosts were so organized and accommodating. We had the best time! Thank you
We enjoyed our first extended stay in Highlands. We wanted an escape with our dog and this house certainly met our needs. We loved the outdoor fireplace and also the screened in porch with fireplace off the master suite. Very cozy!
Beautiful house not far from downtown Highlands but far enough to feel secluded from the hustle and bustle. The property is easy to access and is well-equipped. My husband, our dog, and I really enjoyed spending time with a fire going in the screened in porch area!
My family comes up to Highlands every summer and this has been the best place we've stayed. The house is gorgeous and very well maintained. There are 6 fireplaces! It was so nice to be able to retreat to the screened in porch for the nightly thunderstorm. All of the bedrooms were super comfortable. It's a little off the beaten path but only takes 10 minutes to get into town and you feel completely secluded, so best of both worlds. We definitely want to stay here again!

Blueridge Bliss was perfect for our family of five and our pets! We thoroughly enjoyed the screened porch with fireplace and the front deck. The location was convenient, with restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping nearby.
The home was well-stocked with kitchen essentials and bathroom linens. Christian was extremely helpful and communicated promptly.
