Single unit apartment on the top floor of our home perfect for 1 to 2 guests looking for a long term stay in Everett. Private entrance on the side of the home, with private porch. Guests will be welcomed by an open kitchen and living area. A spacious full bath and comfortable bedroom round out this unit. Quick access to public transportation and groceries and just minutes to Forest Park and downtown Everett. Private parking. Shared back yard. Wooden walls bring a cabin feel to this unit. The bedroom has a full sized mattress, 24” flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick, and walk in closet with plenty of hangers and shelves. Spacious bathroom with shower. Kitchen and dining area include electric stove, oven, microwave, full sized fridge and two small pantries to store groceries during your stay. Separate work area with desk and comfortable seating.
