Vacation with views in one of Tucson's best areas for easy access to shopping and recreational attractions! An outstanding vacation home in a quiet neighborhood with covered patio and beautiful pool (pool can be heated to 84 degrees at a cost of $390. plus tax. From October 1st through April 15th. From April 16 to September 30. It is 320 a week Plus tax.( spa is heated on demand no extra charge) .barbecue, outdoor furniture and lounges. Take advantage of the Arizona sun or relax and read in the shade of a large shade umbrella. This pool allows easy viewing, to keep a close eye on the kids from the patio and outdoor activities. The pool is 3 to 5 foot in depth with a Baja shelf and basketball hoop. The sliding door is self closing and locking for the children’s safety.
Picture yourself sitting on the patio, lounging by the pool or soaking in the hot tub, all with panoramic views of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona. Enjoy the changing colors of the Eastern horizon as the mountain shadows change the view into a tapestry of color.
The Eastern orientation of the living patio area provides the best of early morning warmth and protection from the late afternoon sun. This home backs to the desert which provides the ultimate in private outdoor living. With an occasional wild critter, strolling by from time to time lots of birds and an occasional coyote in the distance.
Things To Do: Tucson is a Mecca for the outdoor enthusiast with plenty of golf, biking, and hiking to provide hours of entertainment. Not an outdoor enthusiast? Sue and I purchased this Home in 2016. Our plans were to make this our retirement home. Seeing how much others enjoyed staying here, we decided to purchase another home and leave this a rental property. Sue and I are both from Olympia Washington state. And have fallen in love with the dry Arizona desert and Tucson.

A private backyard, the pool, and in-ground spa, With amazing view of the Catalina mountains. Quiet neighborhood with a large backyard. Nice size three-bedroom house. That made it an easy choice.
