Executive Craftsman with Huge Fenced Yard

This spacious executive home is light and bright with high-end comfortable furnishings and bespoke artwork. The three bedrooms are relaxing with very comfortable bedding. Located on a beautiful street; it is mere minutes to the IM Airport, Iron Mountain City Park and the Pine Mountain Resort. The huge backyard is fully fenced and there is parking for 4 vehicles. Perfect for family weekend trips or long term business or medical travelers! Discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays.

The Space: I pride myself on having a spotless home! The three upstairs bedrooms share a full bath and a there's a second full bath on the main level with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen features stainless appliances, under cabinet lighting and Teak countertops. The large primary bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen with a sitting area and the 3rd has a twin sized daybed with a pop up trundle, giving you two Twins or another King. There is plenty of storage with drawers and closets everywhere. The living room, primary bedroom and second bedroom feature smart televisions. You can set up your office at the dining room table, if needed.

Guest Access: You will have access to the whole home, with the exception of the basement, which is just used for storage. You will be the only guests in the home.

Check In: Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM.

Pets: Dogs are allowed with EXTRA PET CLEANING FEE of $100, however cats or other animals are not allowed. Please note: sometimes guests are not given the option for including dogs when booking, so you will need to let me know so that I can add on the extra cleaning fee. If I find that you have a dog with you and the fee has not been added, I will request the extra $100 via the VRBO site. Thanks in advance for your understanding! (Dog hair takes lots of time to fully remove!)

One of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed in! Clean and comfortable, the beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Brian was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Wonderful place - very clean!

I traveled for a funeral and stayed for the weekend with a couple of friends. It was very accommodating, plenty of room, clean, screened in porch kept all the mosquitos away, and was even ready for early check-in. Nothing more I could have asked for - definitely worth the booking!

Wonderful Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen- there could have been better knives but then, I cook most of the time so I don't know how important that is to others. Otherwise. Wonderful place to stay!

Kingsford in September

We had a great stay in Kingsford and our accommodations were perfect for our group of four with one dog. The fenced in yard was peaceful and spacious. The house was extremely clean and our host was very pleasant, communication top notch. Friendly neighborhood and lots of history in the area. Would highly recommend staying here. ouldhighly recommend

Weekend stay

The property was lovely! My husband, and I and our daughter, son-in-law and infant granddaughter spent a rainy weekend at this charming home. It was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. I loved the unique art and furnishings. It served our needs perfectly. We would've enjoyed the big back yard were it not for the rain, but hope to return again!

Weekend trip to see our daughter

I was a great weekend we had brought a Dairy Queen cake for our daughters birthday and the cake wouldn’t fit in the freezer and I called Brian and he had another rental that had a bigger freezer that was empty and we were able to store the cake there. Brian was a life saver, and a great place to stay. Thanks

Home away from home

This house was everything we were looking for! Our family needed to fly back to Iron Mountain for our father’s funeral. It had more than enough room for us inside, and with the outside seating (and extra folding chairs the owner Brian provided), we were able to have friends and family over after the funeral. It was a beautiful day, and a beautiful place to sit and reminisce with family. Brian was very attentive and responsive to all of my messages. The kitchen has everything you need, even basic spices, and a Keurig with coffee pods. The bathrooms had extras as well. Overall a fantastic experience! We look forward to staying again the next time we come to the UP.
