Very safe neighborhood, with great neighbors. The house is located in a 1 way street.
There are many restaurants and bars (Brick house and The Spot) located within half mile of our house. The beach is 6 blocks away and within easy walking distance. The strand is a short 5 minute drive where Galveston's night life gets lively.
If you prefer not to drive your own car, we would recommend renting a Golf Cart at Galveston Golf Cart rentals, or Uber is always a good option!

The gas grill had no propane and the was plenty of shampoo and conditioner, but no bath soap or toilet paper!
