It has sliding glass doors to access the outdoor bar & grill, heated swimming pool and the waterfront boat patio from three sides of the covered bar area. Marine life such as manatees frequently stop by for a drink of fresh water from the garden hose and maybe for a head of fresh lettuce. Enjoy the ocean kayaks and the use of the golf cart. The upscale 10 person capacity pontoon boat is available for an additional fee for the more adventurous. Inquire for details.
