Nestled within the popular, Caloosahatchee neighborhood just north of downtown, the home offers an ideal launch pad for exploring all the best that the area has to offer. Buzzing bars, local shops, and great dining options along Cape Coral Parkway are located just two miles away. The local favorite, Yacht Club Beach, is less than five miles from the home. Pine Island, Matlacha, Sanibel Island, and Ft. Myers Beach are all located within a 15-mile radius.

When you're not out soaking up the sun and having fun, the breezy, screened-in porch offers the perfect place to relax back at home. Younger guests can burn off any extra energy in the large, grassy backyard area. There's also a one-on-one basketball shoot-out game on the patio for a little family competition.
