The unit has a bright kitchen that opens to the dinette and living room. Master suite (king size bed) with a walk in closet, full bath, flat screen TV and sliders with direct access to the screened lanai. The 2nd bedroom (2 twin beds) has a WIC and private full bathroom. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Access the screened lanai from the master bedroom or living room sliders. Cape Haze Marina is across the road and down 1 block. Great convenient location. Easy drive to Boca Grande and Englewood beach or the many nearby golf courses. Condo complex has heated/cooled pool, clubhouse (with many activities), small gym w/equipment, shuffle board courts, 2 rubberized tennis and pickle ball courts. Peaceful, non smoking community for active adults or just relax. WiFi included. Full size washer & dryer.

My wife,Mary and I are from NJ and have been hosting on VRBO in NJ at our Beach House in Point Pleasant Beach since 2015. We also have this condo and had a previous condo at Sand Piper Key since 2018. We have been at premier status on all our properties since 2017.
We also have several other apartments in NJ, so I am very aware of how to maintain properties for ultimate worry free enjoyment.

Fiddlers Green II is a great active community, tucked in a quiet nature preserve. Convenient to Boca Grande and Englewood Beaches and close to major airports. Fort Myers and Sarasota are also close enough to enjoy a simple day trip.
What makes this property unique
To have quality facilities to keep active like tennis, pickle ball, shuffle boards, heated/cooled pool and a gym all onsite is a great convenience. The bonus is how quiet it is on the back lanai when you want to just relax, read or nap.🌴😎
