Beautiful, cozy, and decorated apartment located in Village dos Ipês, approximately 550m from Praia das Piscinas Naturais (Natural Pools Beach). This development in Praia do Forte features a gourmet area, children's club, tennis and soccer courts, and much more!
My space comprises a living room and 2 air-conditioned suites, an integrated kitchen, and a balcony. Ideal for those seeking peace and comfort!
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Split air conditioning, Smart TV, black-out curtains and closet;
Suite 1: 1 queen bed, Split air conditioning, Smart TV, black-out curtains and closet.
NOTE: the bathroom in the room is shared (you can also make it a suite).
A privileged place, with historical and cultural attractions such as the Garcia D'Ávila Castle, the Tamar Project and the Baleia Jubarte Institute, complemented by the bohemia of the charming village, the practice of sports on one of its beautiful beaches or an adventure trail through the Reserve Sapiranga. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and the hustle and bustle of the village.
