About this property
NEW-Little Susitna Hideaway
This quaint cabin has a style all its own is centered in the middle of 40 acres of wilderness. You will fall in love with this quiet, peaceful beautiful spot close to Hatcher Pass and Government Peak.
Come and Enjoy the peaceful cabin in the woods. There is a plenty of grassy areas to play yard games or have a great grill out. There is also a huge fire pit for you to enjoy the evenings with glass of wine or making marshmallows.
Guests have access to the whole cabin and grass area in front and back of the cabin.
We live down the road from the cabin but stay to ourselves unless you need anything.
Very quiet neighborhood
There is one way in to the property and one way out on Byron’s way. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles.
There is an old shed and a old truck on the property that is off limits to guests.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Self check-in with code given
General Rules
No shoes inside the cabin
No unregistered guests allowed overnight
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Smoking / Vaping
Smoking or vaping outside only
Absolutely no smoking indoors — $500 fine if violated
Fires / Safety
Firewood is found under the tarp close to the fire pit
Also propane fire pit on the porch
No fires in windy or high-fire-danger conditions
Please extinguish fires completely before leaving or going to bed
Pets
Sorry, no pets allowed. ($150 fine per night if rule is broken)
Energy & Security
Turn off lights and appliances when not in use

This property is in the middle of our 40 acres. This quaint cabin was a vison of our late father. We built it in 2021 and we now share with the public as a vacation rental. We live down the road from this property if there is anything needed.
