Create wonderful memories with your family at Old Orchard Beach! Very cute cottage recently built. 5 Minute walk to the beach, pier and Amusement Park. Full size bed in the bedroom which sleeps 2. Pull out couch in living room can sleep an additional 2. Full kitchen, bathroom, and furniture. This cottage has wifi, cable tv and air conditioning. Just off the beat and path in a quiet area of Old Orchard Beach. Enjoy a BBQ in the back yard. Great set up for a couple looking to get away or a small family. Must be over 21 years old to rent and this rental is in a quiet family area and its NOT a party area. Sorry no pets allowed.

Great location! Walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Great neighborhood and very clean and calm. Could use a few more blankets and necessities for a weeks stay but overall good.

Perfect spot

Nice cozy spot within walking distance of everything but still private enough to feel like you have your own little haven. Nice fenced yard with a grill and outdoor sitting space.

Clean and private setting in a perfect location

Couldn’t have had a better stay while in Old Orchard. The location is perfect as you are close to the Pier and Main strip. Was extremely clean and private when wanting to relax. Highly recommend this place! Shout out to Matt who just very responsive and made the whole process very easy.

Wonderful stay / highly recommended

This is just a perfect cottage for a family of 4! It had everything we needed plus close to everything! We cooked almost everyday and the cottage has all the tools needed! Matt, answered all my many questions right away! I just hope they rent the cottage for long weekends 😞 Thank you Anne and Matt! You guys are great! Oh!! The bed is super comfortable! We miss it already!

Adorable OOB cottage

The perfect location for a week at OOB. Matt's cottage was perfect for our family of 4 - it had everything that we needed and was clean, modern and comfortable. Walking distance to everything, but still a quiet family neighborhood. Will definitely be back!

An Amazing Transformation!

Our stay at 8b Carll Ave. OOB was wonderful! We have stayed at this little cottage twice before, but this year was totally different! The entire cottage has been renovated and updated and the owners did a fantastic job! We hardly knew it was the same place. Not only was it beautiful, but it was comfortable and had many amenities which made our stay so comfortable. It is the perfect size for us. It is also located in a very quiet neighborhood very close to the pier/beach. Thank you to our hosts for being so attentive to our needs and for being so easy to work with. We'll be back!!

Great spot, very clean, wonderful customer service

We really enjoyed our stay. Matt was very accommodating and great to work with. The cottage was very clean, cozy and private even though in town. Really the short walk to the pier, beach and shops. Even though the cottage was close by to everything, it was quiet and private. Will go back!

Great place! Just outside of the down town area enough to be peaceful but centrally located for a quick walk to the beach and pier. Matt and Anne where great hosts I look forward to my next visit!
