This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, elevated ceilings, and a screened porch with lagoon views. This second-floor Turtle Cove villa is about a 10-minute walk to the beach.

The villa boasts tile flooring throughout the main living space, soothing colors, and tasteful furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen showcases quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, an elevated bar with barstool seating, and a lagoon view dining area. The light-filled living room offers entertainment with a TV and surround sound system, and provides access to the screened porch.

The lagoon view primary suite offers a king bed, TV, private bathroom with shower, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and a TV, and has convenient access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The screened porch, complete with an elevated ceiling and desirable fan, offers a relaxing place for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the lagoon views.

Kiawah Marathon Weekend

We came for the Marathon / half weekend. The condo was very cute and comfortable. We all noticed how nice the furniture was immediately. We would absolutely stay here again

No complaints about the condo. Nice and safe. Close to Boardwalk 27 and 28 but zigzagging with no signs until you are almost there. I would stay here again.

Christmas vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room furniture and area rug need cleaned. The counters were all gritty with sand or salt. The kitchens drawers need wiped out. We had four wash cloths for a whole week. The property is not a 7 minute walk to the beach. It takes at least 12 minutes if you walk quickly. There was a broken egret statue in the dining room that needs to be thrown away. All that said, we enjoyed our stay on the island. I would not rent this particular property again.

We are always happy to address any issues that may arise (maintenance, cleanliness or otherwise) as soon as we are made aware of them, but it does not seem that we had the opportunity to do so in this case. We will certainly pass your comments to our team to ensure a better experience for future renters. I am pleased to say that neither guest before or after your stay seemed to have similar issues, so we can only assume this was an isolated incident.

Wonderful stay

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful island and lovely accommodations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the alligators, deer, and birds. Even nicer than pictured. Fully stocked. We had a great week. Only complaint we have is with livingroom rug. Nice rug but beginning to curl. Almost tripped a few times. Moved barrell chairs to each corner to try hold rug down. Step carefully. Would gladly return though.

Kiawah Island peace

This lovely, well designed and cozy condo was a perfect place for our little family to hide away and unwind on our way from Boston to New Orleans. We loved the screened in balcony, with alligator sightings daily. A large whitetail buck roamed beneath us. Herons fed in the lagoons around. Perfect stop. Thank you!

I would recommend this property, and would stay there again in the future.

Enjoyable experience

The villa is represented well in the photo’s and descriptions. We were surprised at the variety of wildlife we saw on the pond to include. Alligators, deer, egrets. Villa is a quick bike ride to the beach. It would have been nice to have more detailed instructions on how to get to the beach access point.

Lovely apartment

This is our second stay here. Very nice apartment. A slight problem with the tv, which was rectified almost immediately. Quiet, nice views, easy walk to the beach. Easy check in, and very attentive service during our stay.

The surround sound was amazing when we were hanging out in the villa. The view of the Lagoon from the screened in deck was incredible. All amenities were good. Easy Bike ride to the beach. Best Check in and out experience ever. (in other words, we didn't have to do anything but download the app. Great Place and Great Vacation.
