About this property
Retro Style Camper. Close to I-75, WEC, Shopping
Looking looking for fun with the kids, a nostalgic glimpse into the past, a romantic getaway or just respite for the night? This is the place. Every feature of the vintage cruiser recalls the fun of the 50's with an added bonus of state-of-the-art luxuries. The setting is in my beautiful food and flower laden yard with plenty of privacy and a beautiful view of farmland across the street.
Full kitchen, Diner style dining area, Queen & 2 Bunk beds, Closet & storage space. S’more’s & fire pit.
The space
You will be in my yard next to the woods and an open pasture across the street. I live in the far corner of a small, quiet subdivision. The property has woods on both sides and the backyard (where I hangout) is completely enclosed with large shrubs. There are plenty of fruiting and flowering plants and small wildlife.
The camper is 23' long with an awning out front where you can enjoy complementary coffee, hot chocolate or s'mores cooked over the propane fire pit. The queen size bed has USB plugs, privacy curtain, reading lights and nightstands. The bunk beds also have reading lights and USB plugs. All beds have the added comfort of 3" memory foam and 1' mattress topper. The
dining area features a diner style booth and large picture window. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a freg/freezer and a cheery window. Coffee with all the fixings is provided.
Guest access
Park along the side of the road. (Very little traffic.) You are welcome anywhere in the yard and welcome to use the back patio. I'm usually home if you need me. Close to shopping. 8 Miles from The World Equestrian Center. Close to I-75. I am semi-retired and work minutes from the house. I will meet you to let you in and check that you were comfortable but otherwise I'm a busy girl and will leave you on your own.
MORE GUESTS?
I also rent a room in my house on the property. If you have more people and would like to rent it The title is close to I-75 and WEC, luxurious bed, and Secret Garden.

TIPS TO ENHANCE YOUR STAY
If you need me after 9 PM, please call. Do not text as I do not hear the alarm for the text.
Parking– Anywhere is ok along the side of the road. Two wheels on the grass and 2 in the road is good. Very little traffic on the road.
Lights– Switches are on the cabinet wall to the left as you walk in. Each round light can be turned on & off manually – just push. The yard is very dark at night. -- Leave the awning light on if you are going out and will be returning at night.
A/C & Heat –– AC is on the ceiling -Blue is cold.
Heat is controlled by the Black thermostat near the TV. Bottom lever controls temp. Pull to left to turn off
Internet– Spectrumsetup-6D, prosezone280. USB Ports are under Kitchen Cabinets, under nightstand by queen bed, inside bunk bed area and on strip under TV
Blankets/ Beds– Right Drawer under Table & Right Cabinet by bed.
Ladder for top bunk bed is in the hatch to the right of the door.
Another bed can be made in the Dining Area
Bathroom/Showers– Foot pedal on the front of toilet flushes it. Tap on foot pedal if needed to keep a little water in the toilet to prevent odors.
Hot Water tank is only 6 gallons.
Towels are in the Left Drawer under Dining Room Table. Put used towels on the shower floor when leaving. If you have wet things you can use the drying rack in the hatch or the washer and dryer if I’m home.
Coffee Plus– Plug is underneath the cabinet for the coffeepot, Cream is usually in the refrigerator. If not yell and I’ll bring some. Complementary coffee, hot chocolate and S’mores fixings provided. Fire pit is in the shed. Please ask permission first. The lighter is in the silverware drawer. Marshmallow cooking prongs are in the hatch
SAFETY– Fire Detector by door, LP Gas Detector on wall under Table, If it beeps check that the stove is off then—GO OUTSIDE! Call me. Mosquito spray in lower bathroom cabinet. There is also a fogger for the yard. Use it sparingly- it stinks.
Garbage– The can is under the Sink. A big can is on the porch of the shed
Awning---Make sure the door is closed when opening the Awning as it will get caught up. Please don’t use awning if it is extremely windy.
Cooking– Pots & Pans under Oven, Baking pan in oven, other supplies in drawers. Salt & pepper in upper cabinet. Lighter in silverware drawer. If I don’t have something you need just ask. I probably have it in the house.
Please don’t cook bacon or anything “stinky”. I can bring you a grill or a portable outdoor cooker.
I don’t think the pilot light stays on, so use the lighter to light the burners. To light the Pilot Light for the oven. Rotate the far-right knob to the flame picture—Push it in and while holding in quickly rotate the far-left button clockwise till lit. It will click.
Smoking— Outside only please. Vaping is ok.
Outdoor Fun—Music and TV can be played outdoors. There are more lawn chairs in the shed. Let me know and I will get them. Please don’t move the TV on your own. Ask & I will help or supervise. I have some lawn games I will gladly share. Badminton, croquet, horseshoes, Frisbee & maybe more.
PITA—is the new name of your co-host: a stunning solid white cat that is deaf. (Most white cats are.) He is friendly as only a cat can be. He knows you want him to come if you catch his eyes then tap on your leg or the ground. He likes his head rubbed.
Exploring the Grounds--The backyard is a relaxing garden sanctuary. You are welcome to look around &/or hang out on the patio. The fruit tree near the camper is a centennial kumquat. Past the 2 oaks are a tangerine, persimmon, plum, pear and another plum. Blackberries are in the side yard as well as a peach and another persimmon. In the back is a key lime, banana trees, Avocado and a guava. You are welcome to snack and I will gladly share cuttings or some of the babies growing under the guava tree.
