Lakefront condo with amazing views, easy access to the parking lot and the pool.

Beautiful sunsets await you from the screened deck of this nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Breakwater Bay condo.
This middle level unit overlooks the lake with a great main channel view including easy access to the condo and pool. There is a King sized bed in the master, Queen in the 2nd bedroom and two twins in the 3rd bedroom plus a sleeper sofa. The unit comfortably sleeps 8 people.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is also washer/dryer in the unit, an electric BBQ grill and FREE WIFI for your convenience.
Located at Lake mile marker 22, a short distance from the MARGARITAVILLE Lake Resort / LANDSHARK Bar & Grill with lake side pool (formerly Tan-Tar-a), several golf courses, great restaurants, activities for children and boat rentals, this area of the lake can't be beat! Everything you need to have a great vacation is right here!

This is a small family friendly complex. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.

Primary responsible guest to be onsite, 25 yrs of age or older.

Our complex rules will be sent to you prior to you accepting this booking. Please abide by the rules and treat our condo like you would your own. If there are any complaints, you will be notified and warned, if the behavior doesn't stop, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.in

This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. Having a waterfront view of the main channel and close proximity to the pool at the same time was amazing. Hopefully next time we can stay longer.

Great Condo with outstanding views of the Lake!

My family stayed in the condo and we were very pleased with the cute condo! It had everything we needed! We had meals in the condo and enjoyed the restaurants nearby, too. My son played golf nearby. The owner was very quick to respond when we couldn't figure out the tv. Great views of the Lake and beautiful sunsets! We would definitely like to stay here again!
