Highly Recommended!!!

This place is amazing! Julio and Raul are amazing! We stayed for a short weekend trip and this place was perfect for our needs. This apartment is centrally located, close to everything. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked (the bottle waters were a nice detail) and the uninterrupted AC and the hot water were a big plus. I highly recommend this place. Best place to stay in Santo Domingo for a family!

We planned a 2.5 week trip to the DR and traveled around the country and stayed in 7 different homes during that time with our family of 8. The big 15 passenger van we rented could fit in the parking lot at night with a watchyman to keep it safe. This was our favorite place to stay. One thing I did not realize when looking for homes in the DR, until I got there is that most homes all advertise AC, but the AC is only in the bedrooms. This home has AC throughout the whole home which made it a lot easier to socialize and for the family to be together in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Julio and Raul were awesome to work with! The location was so nice to be in the middle of Santo Domingo. I served an LDS mission there 22 years ago and took my family of 8 back and this was so great to accommodate our large family. Way different and better experience then if we would of gotten a hotel with multiple rooms. The home was very clean and having a washer and dryer was huge too! Other homes we rented had washing machines but no dryers. This was the only home of our stay that felt like a home away from home. For US families, this will not disappoint based on what you are hoping to experience in the DR and be comfortable with your family.

Spacious, comfortable & convenient

Our stay was very comfortable. The bedrooms are very spaciousness and clean. Raul and his wife were very flexible with our check in and check out process. They left milk, juice, water bottles and other basic groceries for our family. If I’m ever in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

I,VE TRAVEL TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC QUITE A BIT IN THE PAST.STAYED AROUND TOWN AT DIFFERENT PLACES.BUT NONE OF THEM COMPARE TO CLEANLINESS,LOCATION, AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL LIKE JULIO&RAUL DOES. WE HAD ALL SORTS OF FLIGHT PROBLEM LEAVING THE USA.SO WE REALLY DID NOT ARRIVED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING.RAUL WAITED AT THE APARTMENT ALL DAY AND NIGHT ON US, THAT SPOKE GREAT VALUE TO ME. JULIO KEPT IN TOUCH WITH ME THE ENTIRE TIME AND WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF THE SITUATION.THE APARTMENT ITSELF REALLY DOES EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.PLAZA FOR SHOPPING,RESTAURANTS,AND FAST FOOD IS ALL IN WALKING DISTANCE.THEY ARE JUST WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND HOST TO DEAL WITH.THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS FOR EVERYTHING!!! YOU'RE THE BEST!!

We Felt Right at Home.

I traveled to Dominican Republic with my family, Mr. Julio's apartament is everything We were looking for and succeeded our expectations. It's located in a great area and We were close to everything. The apartament was very cleanand comfortable. We felt right at home. All the bedrooms were equipped with a TV, A/C and comfortable beds. This was our first experience with HomeAway, and We couldn't asked for a better host. Raul and Nelsida were very nice and helpful. I can't recommended this place highly enough. Communication with both, Mr Julio and Raul very easy and constant.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! GOOD SPOT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING ON SHORT WAKING DISTANCE, SAFE AND QUIET AREA. CHILDREN FRIENDLY. THE APARTMENT IS GREAT AND HUGE AND CLEAN, IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED PLUS MORE. THERE WAS JUICES,BOTTLES OF WATER, ICE, KETCHUP, BUTTER AND BEER IN THE FRIDGE. COFFEY,SUGAR, AND OTHER CONDIMENTS IN THE PANTRY. A WASHER AND DRYER, WATER HEATER, AIR CONDITIONED AND SEALING FANS IN EVERY ROOM AND LIVING ROOM, I DIDN'T EXPERIENCE A SINGLE POWER OUTRAGE BESIDES, THE APARTMENT IS EQUIP WITH AN AUTOMATIC BACKUP POWER UNIT. ROOMS AND BATHROOMS HAS EVERYTHING INCLUDING A FIRST AID KIT FROM BANDAIDS TO ALKA SELTZER. VERY COMFY BEDS. THE CONCIERGES RAUL AND HIS WIFE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR NEEDS, AND JULIO THE OWNER WAS IN FULL CONTACT AT ALL TIMES. MY FAMILY AND I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.

Great stay, great place and great service

I´m just back home from our stay at Julio´s and it was a great experience. Raul welcomed us very friendly an Julio even called from wherever he lives just to assured everything was as expected. I strongly recommend whoever travels to Santo Domingo this place for: -Its location (calm but downtown) -Safe and secure area. -Easy to move. -They allowed my chihuahua. -Clean and new. -Internet worked great. -It is prepared in case there is an energy shortcut (very common in Sto.
