Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it is family friendly and peaceful. I grew up in the country and this neighborhood helps me relax and not feel like I am stuck in the city with all of the wildness city life brings. There are a lot of recreational parks in the community for sports and nature walks. It feels like home to anyone who visits.
What makes this property unique
I bought this property because it is right in between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. With this perfect location I can get to Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport in less than 30 minutes. It's extremely convenient to be able to see all of South Florida and not just Miami. Only 40 minute drive to West Palm beach.
