Beautiful Gulf Front Condo

** IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ** Our building is undergoing restoration work which includes concrete repairs to outside balconies and exterior painting. Work is expected to last through to the fall of 2026. Work will take place Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 and construction noise and inconvenience will likely be experienced by our guests. Prices have been adjusted accordingly for this period. THE SCHEDULING OF THE WORK BEING DONE IS FLUID - TO FIND OUT HOW THESE RENOVATIONS MIGHT AFFECT YOUR STAY, PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT US DIRECTLY PRIOR TO BOOKING.

WHEN SENDING YOUR BOOKING REQUEST, SO THERE ARE NO SURPRISES AND NO DELAY IN ACCEPTANCE, PLEASE CONFIRM YOU'VE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE DETAILS PROVIDED ABOVE.

All this being said, the interior of our condo is warm and welcoming and well equipped with almost all the necessities of home, and best of all the beach remains a wonderful and peaceful place to sit and relax or take a stroll.

The views are outstanding from this one bedroom, two bathroom, 14th floor condo located in a five star, gated property with 24 hr site security in Sand Key. Enjoy romantic and captivating evening sunsets with a panoramic view from the extra large balcony that is shared by both the living room and bedroom and directly overlooks the glistening Gulf of Mexico and sparkling white, sandy beach.

This unit is well maintained, fully furnished and beautifully decorated. The modern kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel range, microwave, dishwasher, garborator, refrigerator and comes well equipped with all the amenities, inclusive of coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and flatware. Lay back and relax on the comfortable, king size bed, while watching your favorite show on the wall mounted flat panel TV. Amenities in the living room include a 55” flat panel smart TV, cable, DVD, CD/stereo, and wireless internet access, Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer.

Just a short elevator ride will bring you to the quiet, wide beach offering powder white sand loaded with undiscovered seashells and an abundance of shore-birds. Enjoy the large outdoor heated salt water swimming pool and hot tub. Suntan on chaise lounges, relax under palm trees, swim in the warm Gulf waters, enjoy the cool sea breezes, and view sea birds as they play on the shore or soar high in the clear blue sky. Take time to exercise in the on-site fitness facility and then enjoy a steam, sauna or whirlpool, it’s your choice. If you would like to shoot a game of pool, feel free on the second floor. If tennis is your game, utilize the racquets and balls located in the unit to practice your serve on the tennis court located off the 3rd floor. There are four gas barbecue grills located in the common area for those nights when you’d rather kick back and eat in.

NOTE: Minimum 14 day stay. The Home Owner Association requires that all guests complete a lease application approximately 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Lovely condo on the beach

We throughly enjoyed our stay on the beach. Though the weather wasn’t always cooperative in February, it snowed at home so we enjoyed that! There are several restaurants within walking distance also which was a bonus. The condo was extremely clean and well furnished and the view is spectacular! Loved our stay.

Just beautiful!

From this lovely condo to the beautiful 14th floor views and sunsets, this place is magnificent! We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back in a minute. Very comfortable, clean and everything you need. More private also and way less crowded than Clearwater beach, but the trolly is always available and can bring you up and down the coast! Just perfect!

Covid 19 staycation

It was a safe place to enjoy the gulf safely. Beautiful beach with lots of room to social distance. We brought food for two weeks and the condo had everything we needed to stay put for 14 lovely days!

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo was great for us two and we enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony, and the dolphins swimming by almost every day. Very nice to have a washer/dryer right in the unit, kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Building was very nice as well as pool area, exercise room and commons area.

Beautiful Peaceful Getaway

If you are looking for a quiet getaway that is away from people this is the spot for you! My husband and I enjoyed every minute in this condo. The beach was very private and there are wonderful restaurants withing walking distance. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Pier 60 is only a few miles away if you want more of the tourist vibe. I would stay here again!

Lovely, welcoming condo with breathtaking view.

Great location with breathtaking view of the ocean. Everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Owners were lovely, very responsive and highly attentive to guest needs. Comfortable furnishings and very clean. It was like being a guest in someone’s home rather than a renter. Nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Quiet area away from the busier more populated section of Clearwater Beach.

Wonderful location and well kept home

My husband and I especially loved the location. The condo was well kept, clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful two week stay. Restaurants to try that we could walk to and very good were Columbia, Backwaters and the one in the Marriotte hotel. I would recommend this property to a friend. Thank you Laurie!

Excellent Condo

This is an excellent condominium property just a couple miles south of the busy Clearwater Beach main area. Sparkling clean, beautiful condo, very well appointed, steps from the beach, everything you could need for your stay and excellent hosts! Laurie and Alex are responsive, helpful and so kind! We truly hope we can return soon!

Sand Key Beach

We stayed for 2 weeks 3/9-23.The condo was phenomenal. Being 14 flights high in the building overlooking the gulf was spectacular and also the bay view was a welcome surprise.There were 2 elevators with never a wait. Access to the pool and hot tubs was easy and everyone in the complex was friendly and helpful. There's a strip mall within walking distance with 5 restaurant and an ice cream parlor. Most have outdoor seating in the back overlooking the bay. We definitely appreciated being away from Clearwater Beach area during spring break and walked to the area ( 3 miles) and took the trolley back. You need a car if you want to explore distant areas like Tampa. Parking was never an issue. Now to the condo. Everything you need is there. Having 2 bathrooms was convenient. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. I was impressed with the availability of cleaning supplies and toiletries to get us started. I had a few questions and Laurie returned my text quickly with all resolved. All the comforts of home and more. We would definitely stay again.Thank you for a wonderful stay and vacation. Lou & Paul

Sand Key Sand and Shoppes

Property was more than adequate. It was marvelous. The unit was well appointed; kitchen, storage closet, and walk in closet were amazing. Had minor problems following directions, but with the help of the friendly Security staff, got settled in in no time. Condo was "cozy", but perfect for me and the wife. The only drawback I could see was being on the 14th floor. Hard to hear the surf pounding the beach up there. Sand Key shoppes up the street were excellent. Shorty's had good shrimp as well as assorted grocery items (deli + grocery). Maisies had a good breakfast. Columbia Restuarant on the North end and Backwaters on the South end made good book ends for some really nice shoppes. Everything on the Island costs more than on the mainland. If you are coming by way of 60 Hwy, stop at Target or Walmart on your way in and save a few bucks. They're 20 minutes from the Condo. All in All, it was a wonderful place to hang out, enjoy the beach, and soak up some Sun. Side Note: Pan Filos in Clearwater purports to be a Mexican Restuarant, but they don't open 'til 6 and told us the taco fixins would not be ready for another hour and a half. So we ordered the pizza. It was okay, but way too much for us. Taco Bus a block North was much better "Mexican"....

Fantastic Stay in Clearwater

My wife and I had a wonderful week-long stay at this condo! The condo and property are even better than the pictures you find online! The location was fantastic with respect to being away from large crowds, but close enough to restaurants and shopping, etc. Laurie (the owner) was fantastic to work with and readily available in answering any questions we had! I highly recommend this condo for anyone seeking some R&R in a beach-front setting! My wife and I plan to return in the near future to this small piece of paradise!!!

Views to die for

We could have spent our whole 2 weeks on the balcony enjoying the view. Kitchen was well appointed. Good location for walking to several restaurants. Several things in condo needed repairing (a part of bedroom blinds was broken, lock on balcony door was very difficult to open, dryer lint catcher had a hole so lint blew into dryer drum) but overall a great place to stay.

Alex and I, Laurie, are from Osoyoos, British Columbia. We both fell in love with Florida, the Gulf side, during a vacation in 2009. We loved the endless beaches and soft white sand. All it takes is a drive down Gulf Boulevard and you will be sold. Lots of road-side pubs and interesting, warm people. It is beach life at its best.

Why they chose this property

We purchased 14C in the summer of 2010, and we've never looked back. We love our time there. It's our home away from home and hope that you'll feel the same.

What makes this property unique

The Crescent Beach Club Sand Key condo is one of the most recognizable condos on Sand Key or Clearwater Beach. Its unique curved crescent shape is just one of the things that make it a standout on popular Sand Key Beach. The two Crescent Beach Club buildings are mirror images of each other and are located right on the sandy shores of Sand Key Beach. The condos are on the western side of Sand Key, only about 2 miles south of Clearwater Beach and less than a mile south of Sand Key Park. Crescent Beach club is just a half a mile south of The Shoppes at Sand Key which offers dining, shopping, snacks and boutique shops for your entertainment. Crescent Beach Club is located right on Gulf Boulevard with access to the Jolley Trolley almost right on the door step. It provides transportation from Clearwater to Passe-a-Grille.
