Heron's Nest villa in the Sea Pines Resort will serve as home base while you enjoy the VERY close proximity to beaches, access to miles of scenic bike paths, tennis courts, pools, abundant wildlife, world-recognized golf courses. Relax in the robust forest canopy of the tranquil Night Heron lagoon and let this cozy, gracious home serve as your nest.

The lower level features lofted ceilings and abundant natural light, filtered through the forest canopy. The living area is the definition of comfortable with a plush fabric couch and decorative fireplace. A private patio hangs over a tranquil lagoon and is accessed from the living room or dining area on the lower level. A full kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms complete the lower level, leading to a spiral staircase up to the third exposed loft bedroom.

Conveniences include 4 Flat Screen Smart TV's with Netflix included, free Wi-Fi, all linens/towels/kitchen towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry, dish detergents other general necessities.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- 1st Master Bedroom with King Bed, brand new memory foam hybrid mattress, ensuite bath, and closets.
- 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed, brand new memory foam hybrid mattress, ensuite bath, and closets.
- 3rd Bedroom is an exposed loft with two twin beds.
- A plush sofa in the Living Room allows overflow for a final sleeping location.

Heron's Nest is accessed by key pad entry using a code individually unique to you which is provided just prior to your arrival.

Guests are required to purchase a pass from the entry gate to enter Sea Pines. Parking for two vehicles is available in the private driveway. Crowding the driveway or parking on the grass is prohibited by the association.

Guests will enjoy exclusive and private use of the villa for the entirety of their stay.
Other things to note
Enjoy a warm beverage in the morning with a fully stocked coffee bar offering drip, pour-over, and k-cup coffee, stovetop espresso, nespresso pods, and a french press. Tea bags and loose leaf tea are also available.

Heron's Nest is only accessible by a set of stairs to the front door. Consider accessibility when booking.
