The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels and wash rags into the washer and add either 1 pod or 1 cap full of laundry detergent and start.
Make sure any used dishes are washed and placed in dish drain or dried and put away if too many for the dish drain.
Place all trash in the outside green trash can. If you are leaving on a Monday or Tuesday please move the trash can in front of the house directly behind ours on Wright Street for pick-up. Thank You!

I booked a long term stay for my parents. The place was clean and perfect for just the two of them! Our host Jessica was amazing to work with! My dad enjoyed his two miles walks around the neighborhood and downtown. My mom enjoyed the sofa. Lol. I will be booking again for my snowbirds!

We enjoyed our stay in Thomasville! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and my dogs especially loved the court yard area. It was in walking distance to downtown which we loved. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice place and I would recommend it provided as below.Television was streaming , I think HULU, I did not have any streaming accounts thus was limited to G and PG programming, Thus I did not watch any news except on my laptop.I had a big truck and trailer. The pictures were a little misleading for me as I thought there was a big yard. This house is in a planned unit development, on a small lot. The picture of the big yard is a community yard, not actually part of the lot. It is great if you only have two cars.I left very early in the morning before I got checkout instructions. Could have started linens had I known.There were automatic charges, for an extra guest and a dog, that were not disclosed until I reserved the unit. I did not have an extra guest and no dogs in the house. Overall I would highly recommend it with these caveats in mind. It was not the place for me but I made it work and all went well.
