Whether you’re visiting for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, a concert, or just to enjoy the city's legendary nightlife, dining, and shopping - our location puts you steps from it all.
The space is great if traveling with family, friends, or any type of group. The space offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a queen size sleeper sofa. Two of the king bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and the bedroom with two queen beds also has an ensuite bathroom. The other two king bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Two of the bathrooms have a shower while the other two bathrooms offer a tub/shower combo. The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55" TV. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer for use during your stay as well. This unit has an interior patio area.
The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.
We have a designated vaping area located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited in our units and will set off our state of the art smoke alarm system.
The Eleanor New Orleans Vacation Rentals are located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave featuring 31 units that are 3-6 bedrooms and range from 1,178-1,959 sq ft. Our arrival process is contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
While our vacation rental does not offer parking, there are two public parking facilities conveniently located directly below the property. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (but will increase during special events and festivals). The two parking options are located just below our property. Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. The other option, ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot), is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.
We only require light cleaning prior to departure – taking out garbage and washing any dirty dishes. All linen is professionally laundered between guests.
Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement link will be sent to you immediately after booking. You will have private access to your unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the building.

We had an absolute blast. The VRBO was in a great location to move around the city easily. The only time we had to drive was when we went on a bayou tour. Would definitely come back.
Great communication, clean building/condo, location PERFRCT. We walked EVERYWHERE I highly recommend and will definitely book again, pool was the perfect dept. Just wish that it was separate from kids. Overall the perfect stay
The property is on a quiet Avenue that is walking distance to Bourbon Street and to Rouses, the local grocery store. The place is completely updated, every room has a television and bathroom. You will not be disappointed
This was a beautiful property and it was perfect car and everything is access through a code. Very safe and the host Shane was awesome and made everything so easy! Next time I come back to New Orleans I will definitely stay here!

We needed a place for family of varying ages to stay. There was plenty of space for everyone and the rooftop pool was a big hit. The property was very clean. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the French Quarter or you can easily call an Uber.
We had a group of 11 people and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The roof top pool was especially appreciated during the 90-degree days. Shane, the apartment manager, was very responsive.
Shane the property manager was great. Very helpful and responsive when messaged ( when he wasn’t at the property). Gave us great info on the area ( bars, eats etc.)
Me and my friends chose Eleanor for my bachelor weekend because it had a lot of space and beds for 11 of us! The beds were comfy and it is so close to everything! We walked virtually everywhere. I would stay here again with a big group and already had people from my group say they would want to stay here in the future. Shane is an awesome host and made everything so easy!
Kitchen well stocked with cooking ware and utensils. It took a couple of attempts to have maintenance respond. Once they did respond, our issue were resolved.
Booked this space for myself and 7 of my best friends for my bachelor party. 3 nights total. The location is perfect and Shane (the host) was phenomenal with communication. I couldn’t have picked a better spot for this trip. For a bunch of dudes who spent most of their time wandering around the French Quarter and Gambling at Caesar’s, we saved a ton of money on Ubers because of how perfectly located this Apartment is - everything is walkable. We’ve been home now in VA for only a few hours, at the time of me writing this review, and we are already checking our calendars to book our next stay. I couldn’t possibly speak any higher of this property and the team that manages it. If you’re considering a trip to NOLA, save yourself some time and just book this spot. 100/10
