View types at Marriott's Surfwatch do not refer to the unit view, but rather proximity to the ocean. Courtyard and Garden views will not offer any visible ocean, while Ocean Vista views may or may not have a view of the ocean.
Units with view category โClose to Beachโ are located in the Oceanfront/Ocean Dunes building. Units in the Ocean Dunes building may have a view to the ocean. Higher level units will have a view while lower level units may have obstructed view. Ocean Marsh and Tide Mark buildings are considered Oceanside Buildings with a โCourtyard Viewโ. Sea Cove and Sea Dunes buildings will have a Garden view. Units located in the back of The Ocean Marsh building will also have a Garden View.
