The Space:
Our 6-bedroom, 5 bathroom tropical haven is the ultimate vacation property! With 8 comfy beds, you and your squad can snooze in style after a day of adventure. Each bedroom is decked out comfy fresh linens and boasts its very own Smart TV – so everyone can catch up on their favourite shows! High-speed internet flows throughout the house, so you can stay connected and share those envy-inducing vacation pics.

What was once a garage has been converted into a Billiards Room, with full sized professional table. But don't worry, there's still plenty of onsite free parking on the driveway, and overflow can park at the clubhouse.

Need some Vitamin D? The screened-in back patio sundeck overlooks a gorgeous view of the lake! Plus, with no rear facing neighbors, you'll have added privacy! Dive into the cool waters of your private swimming pool (with a removable safety fence), or top up your tan on the sun loungers. The poolside dining table seats 4, perfect for sharing stories and savoring meals fresh off the outdoor BBQ grill.

Inside, our dining area can handle a party of 8, while the kitchen island bar can squeeze in 4 more friends. The kitchen itself is equipped with all the essentials, including a deep double sink, dishwasher, oven with stove-top, large capacity freezer/fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and kettle. Plus, there's in-house laundry machines – because we believe in clean clothes and convenience!

The amenities continue upstairs, where you'll find the movie room! Complete with a large projector screen and comfy plush seating, all you'll need to bring is popcorn!

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

The Neighborhood:
The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Please note that the projector in the theater room is currently out of service and there's no available kettle at this property as of the moment. Maintenance team is working to fix this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.


1. There is basic cookware available in the house.

2. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal.

3. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
