The powder room is accessible from all areas on the main floor. The first living area has a large smart TV and sectional while the second boasts a large gas fireplace. The large porch is assessable from both living spaces. The first king suite is on the main floor right past the living room and has a private spa like bathroom with it's very own sauna! The master suite also provides a desk for private work space.

Downstairs is yet another large living area, bunk room, full sized guest room, and a second king suite. All bedrooms have access to porches or patios.

Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.

This house is pet friendly, with a one time additional fee of $150. Maximum of 2 pets, dogs are the only pets permitted. Approved pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas) or in hot tubs at any time. Pets that are left unattended must be crated. Any damages will be charged to the card on file. Owners must clean up after their pet and dispose of all waste. No food or water is to be left outside; this will attract unwanted wildlife. Pet must be potty trained.
