This is a clean, beautifully renovated unit right across from the beach. We loved the proximity to the beach, Publix, and all of our favorite spots along 30A. We were able to quickly drive east to PCB for a day on Shell Island, west for a day in Grayton of shopping and tacos, and spent every other day back and forth from the beach. My kids said this was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed along 30A, and I agree! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great location

Beautiful completely renovated with high end fixtures. Very nice furniture and mattress is very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need plenty of pots and pans and serving dishes appreciated the large bottle of dawn and the large soap bars for baths.Great location walk to beach quiet and peaceful.

Hidden Gem

This townhome is fantastic. Right across the street from the beach with lovely ocean views from the top patio. There were a few things missing like trashcans in bathrooms and towel racks. Everything you need for the beach like towels, a wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys are in a storage closet - we didn't know this beforehand but was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfortable as was the couch downstairs. My husband took a nap in the nook so it fits adults as well as kids!

TL;DR Superb location, clean and airy, with helpful support. Second bedroom bed needs to be updated to be listed as a Full (it is not a Queen).The booking and pre-arrival communication process was excellent. We knew where to go, what to do, etc. Upon arrival, the unit code did not work but a quick call to the help line allowed them to reset with a new code over the phone and we were in within 10 minutes. The unit is clean, beds are comfortable, and they supply toiletries and other items to ensure your stay is excellent. The beach is an incredibly short walk away and parking is not an issue. The second bedroom was listed as queen sized but is, in fact, a full sized bed - that is the only gripe we had during our stay. Overall, we felt the unit was priced fairly and coordinated well.

Beautiful unit! Upscale everything! Mattress slept good! Nice view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom! We did rent our own bikes the ones that come with the rental aren't very good. That's the only downside. Would stay here again!

What a fantastic home to stay in for our vacation. Super easy walk to the beach and so nice to have the use of the beach wagon and chairs. Saved us from having to bring our own. The house was extremely clean and lovely! Beds were super comfortable too!! I would definitely stay there again :-)
