This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one king bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathrooms, especially the toilets was dirty when we arrived. The cleaning tech must have missed them when preparing the room. I sent photos to the office and they offered to send her back to clean them but I had already sprayed them down with bleach and cleaned them myself. The beds was not comfortable at all, we had to go buy a mattress topper to get by. The chemicals in the pool smelled so strong that we didn’t even use it, we ended up leaving a day early

Needs More Attention To Detail

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This description applies to Unit #210. Pretty convenient and enough room for us and 2 young grandchildren. However, the door of our room was not locked when we arrived in the evening (after 5p so we retrieved our instructions from the coded lockbox). This was unsettling. The L/R slider door was not lockable (a round 1” dowel was in the tract to help prevent the slider from being opened). As we looked around to inspect the room, we found emply water bottles and food wrappers under the main bed, wrappers, and snack food (chips, peanuts, peanut shells under the couch and couch cushions. This happens but please clean it up for arriving guests. If you charge a cleaning fee, it should be clean when I arrive. I did address these issues the next morning as any responsible adults would do (and as the instruction sheet asked the guest(s) to do. If I don’t bring up an issue, you don’t have the opportunity to make it right. If I owned a business, I would surely follow up as to why cleaning personnel miss things they should clean. And it would put doubt in my mind as to IF the unit was cleaned well at all in the first place. I will say our stay was brief and pleasant enough. The unit is older but serviceable; still an adequate accommodation. We appreciated themilitary discount as many places don’t really give that courtesy. It’s the first impression that really does count and that’s where you lost me with regard to the unit.

Every balcony overlooks a beautiful creek. We have had two family reunions here because of its accessibility. Each family rents either a 2 or 3 bedroom condo and they are large enough we can all get together in one of them for game night or just to relax and visit. Already planning another reunion next year.
