Sun Filled Luxury Midtown Loft Perfect Location!

Come experience our airy loft located in 1929 National Landmark Registered Hotel. Pristine renovation which helped kick start the rebirth of Midtown in OKC;
The loft is on the second floor off the courtyard. there are 8 steps on the outside and 16 steps in the interior to the loft door.

The apartment is very well maintained and is equipped with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible, such as HVAC and fast WiFi, Cable and HBO.

A large loft (950 sq. ft.) with a spacious living room / kitchen and entertainment bar and stools.

The loft has 12' ceiling and hardwood maple floors, open concept living and kitchen area. Furnished with sofa and chaise combo, one chair, a 40" Samsung SmartTV, coffee table, 4 dining chairs and table that extends to full length to seat up to 6 easily or use as a larger workspace at home, and desk.

Kitchen – Modern with stone counters, maple cabinetry, professional series SS Whirlpool kitchen appliances. Small appliances include Mr. Coffee programmable coffee maker, Cuisinart toaster, electric water kettle and 14 pc Cuisinart stainless cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

I try to keep snacks, coffee, tea, breakfast items plus condiments for your use.

The bedroom has a comfortable KING size bed, pillow top mattress , quality bedding and large closets to hang your clothes in. I have plenty of extra linens, blankets and pillows available. A small stacked washer /dryer is in adjacent closet in bedroom.

The 3 piece bathroom has a extra deep (21") bath/shower combo and stone counters. Plush Towels, hair dryer, ironing board and iron are also available.

There is a quiet outside courtyard with multiple tables and chairs and outdoor sectionals when the seasons allow.

A gym equipped with hand weights, commercial quality PreCor elliptical, treadmill & bike is located on the other side of the courtyard and available for your use.

Within walking distance of lots of bars, restaurants and arts and entertainment in Midtown, Auto Alley and Uptown 23rd Street. Just 1 miles north of Downtown OKC, Convention Center, Chesapeake arena, Bricktown, OU Health Science Center and Oklahoma River Sports.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this property. Location was good and close to a myriad of activities and restaurants. My only recommendation is to lower the tub wall, which was extremely high for me and made it difficult to get into and out of the shower.

We just spent a couple days at The Sieber Historic Residence Building. Our vacation rental/apartment was a clean, comfortable and convenient location. Initially, we had some difficulty understanding directions on how to enter building and the parking situation but this was resolved. Plenty of fluffy towels in the bathroom but only 2 wash cloths. Bed was very comfortable! Enjoyed our stay and the apartment met our needs. Thank-you!

Amazing wedding weekend .

Rented this loft apt for daughter and fiancé for there weekend wedding at OKC Arts museum . They absolutely loved the location and the apt was so clean and had everything they needed . Plenty of space for bridesmaids to get ready on Saturday before wedding and just a short drive to downtown . This is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway .

Beautiful loft in an excellent area!

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a basketball game. It's a great location and everyone we meet there was so nice and helpful. We walked around downtown and the whole area felt very safe. We plan on coming back next year for a vacation because we had such a wonderful experience this time!

Great location and very nice staff

on first arriving we were met by two of the maintenance staff and were given a welcome and a general overview of how to use the security gates and how to use the keys and advice on the apartment. I was pleased to see how well kept it was and the staff interest in keeping it that way. Our visit was great and even if the weather wasn't great (Christmas holiday) we had a wonderful visit with our daughter and my niece and her husband. The bed was great and so was the layout of the apt. We had our Christmas dinner in the apt. and it was so nice to stay cozy, warm and dry , we certainly will come back again . We were there to see our daughter so we did not spend a great deal of time going out, but that is what made the place so nice to just settle in for a long winters night!!

This is a great property.

The property is very nice. It is beautifully appointed, and well equipped. Everything is in excellent condition. The location is great for walking to local restaurants etc., and is great for downtown museums, etc. The description of the property on VRBO was excellent. This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and very well located relative to OKC sites (restaurants, downtown, museums, historic homes...etc). Great restaurants nearby. Safe, walkable neighborhood. Quiet streets. Close to Paseo Arts District, Uptown, International district. City bike rack nearby. Very functional kitchen. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to OKC.

Perfect in every way!

The property is exactly as advertised. It's clean, full of charm, features, luxuries, and the neighborhood is great for getting out on foot. You can't miss by going to Bleu Garten for some food truck fare, or keep going south and you'll hit Element Roasters for some out of this world coffee. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Okc!

Blown Away

This newly rennovated loft was incredible. My wife, my son, and myself felt right at home. It was extremely clean and classy. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, orange juice, breakfast foods, dishes, and condiments. You're within a city block of 1492, one of the best latin places I've eaten. Also, just minutes from Bricktown and other atttractions. I would highly recommend this place to a friend!

It was great! Lovely loft. Very comfortable. Close to all the nice places to walk around in the city and all good places to eat. The owner, Michela was very helpful and friendly. The "handbook" was very through and helpful to navigate around the city. Overall, a great experience!

This property had remained vacant and dilapidated for more than 25 years in the commercially abandoned Midtown area which was considered dangerous and a blight area.
It took almost 10 years to finance and renovate which turned out to be 8 million plus project.
Midtown literally is the place to be now and 100's of millions of investment dollars has resulted in the last 10 years and more investment continues.
It didn't hurt that the NBA THUNDER decided to make their home12 blocks south ;< )

What makes this property unique

The loft is in an historic landmark building In Midtown.
Very central to everything in Downtown and very close to all the traffic corridors in around OKC. It is a gorgeous building with wonderful finishes you can't afford to put in new construction today. The italian mosaic floor is an original feature from 1929.

Oklahoma City’s Midtown District is located just north of the downtown business district, and it is growing exponentially due to new business, reinvestment by anchor tenants, revitalization of historic buildings, and a renewed interest in building a strong and diverse local community.
