The Space:
Gather in the open plan living and enjoy the comfortable couch, large tv and beautiful fireplace. Cook a full meal in the modern, fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless appliances and coffee bar. Share dinner around the dining table with seating for 6.

Sleep soundly in one of 3 bedrooms with fresh linens and blackout curtains provided for your comfort.

1 full bath upstairs with tub and the lower bathroom has full shower. Fresh towels and soap are provided.

Make the most of the midnight sun with the large backyard space, perfect for the kids to burn off energy or enjoy a few of the local brews with friends.

Free onsite parking, flexible check-in and high speed Wi-Fi are provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
This property is exclusively for the use of guests and there are no shared spaces. Access to the home is through self check-in though the host is only 15 minutes away if needed on sight. Guests will be sent a unique entry code for the front door prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet neighborhood on the east side of town, only a few blocks from Walmart and Fred Meyer, close to Creekside elementary and approx. 7 miles from JBER Military base. A mix of single family homes, apartments and townhouses this is a friendly and calm neighborhood in Anchorage.
